Projetos sociais ou "de caridade"? Uma análise da formação de administradores em responsabilidade social empresarial

Resumo em Inglês: Disciplines that discuss the principles of CSR during graduation in management have a focus strictly directed to the economic dimension, which refers to the responsibility of the manager to maximize profits and productivity have. Therefore, the teaching is that the administrator has as main objective to maintain the profitability of the company, regardless of its various other assignments. In this context, the purpose of this article is to understand academic training in the corporate social responsibility of graduates in management. To this end, semi-structured interviews with six students of a private college administration Curitiba/PR, which would be formed in the 2nd half of 2013, were held. To better understand the study was divided into four categories of the analysis: social responsibility and their concepts, the role of administrator on corporate social responsibility, corporate social responsibility disciplines and projects of assistance-oriented extension x social responsibility. From the data analysis, it was observed that students participating in this study, mostly shown to be sensitized to the issue, but from a limited view of the concept of CSR, is more focused on caring for others and help given to the other, in a welfare perspective.
