Resumo: The objects of study were the curriculum and practices of physical education teachers. It aimed to investigate the processes of formulation and implementation of curricular policies, specifically the physical education curriculum in the universe of the Regional Directorate – Butantã, of the Municipal Department of Education of São Paulo. From these objects, some concerns emerged, which motivated and directed the research problem: How does the curricular policy act on the teaching practice? Do the effects enhance lives? With the questions presented, the general objective of the investigation was delimited: To understand how physical education teachers, who work in elementary school, incorporate the guidelines of the City Curriculum and express them in their daily practice. The specific objectives were delimited as follows: 1) To understand the educational curriculum policies and the influence of capitalism; 2) Understand the effects of curriculum policies in the classroom; 3) Understand the lines of force that mediate the didactic actions of teachers; 4) To analyze whether teaching practices enhance lives. The research was developed using the cartographic methodology, a fieldwork of sensitive listening, which presupposes a proximity to people, situations and paths of intervention. To this end, the instruments used were maps, through which all aspects involving the school space, in the assemblages and in the lines of forces were recorded. From the theoretical-conceptual and analytical point of view, the study is situated in the horizon of the philosophy of difference and, for this reason, the contributions of Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari (1995) were chosen. The fundamental categories are: educational policy, curriculum, agency, rhizome, physical education and teaching practice. The research shows as a result that the City Curriculum of physical education produces other effects in the teaching practice, distancing itself from the guidelines contained in it and the school and the teachers maintain the projects and practices independently of the curricular guidelines. It was found that educational policies, as well as discourses, laws and capitalism influence school practices, and the curriculum are only part of this effect. What justifies this research is the fact that its results can contribute to the deepening of curricular studies and specifically that of physical education.

A partir de estos objetos, surgieron algunas inquietudes, que motivaron y dirigieron el problema de investigación: ¿Cómo actúa la política curricular sobre la práctica docente? ¿Los efectos mejoran la vida? Con las preguntas planteadas se delimitó el objetivo general de la investigación: Comprender cómo los profesores de educación física, que laboran en la escuela primaria, incorporan los lineamientos del Currículo de la Ciudad y los expresan en su práctica diaria. Los objetivos específicos se delimitaron de la siguiente manera: 1) Comprender las políticas curriculares educativas y la influencia del capitalismo; 2) Comprender los efectos de las políticas curriculares en el aula; 3) Comprender las líneas de fuerza que median las acciones didácticas de los docentes; 4) Analizar si las prácticas docentes mejoran la vida. La investigación se desarrolló utilizando la metodología cartográfica, un trabajo de campo de escucha sensible, que presupone una proximidad a las personas, situaciones y vías de intervención. Para ello, los instrumentos utilizados fueron mapas, a través de los cuales se registraron todos los aspectos que involucran el espacio escolar, en los ensamblajes y en las líneas de fuerza. Desde el punto de vista teórico-conceptual y analítico, el estudio se sitúa en el horizonte de la filosofía de la diferencia y, por ello, se eligieron las aportaciones de Gilles Deleuze y Félix Guattari (1995). Partindo desses objetos, emergiram algumas inquietações, que motivaram e direcionaram o problema da pesquisa: Como a política curricular, agencia a prática docente? Os efeitos potencializam vidas? Com os questionamentos apresentados, delimitou-se o objetivo geral da investigação: Compreender como professores de educação física, que atuam no ensino fundamental, incorporam as orientações do Currículo da Cidade e as expressam em sua prática cotidiana. Quanto aos objetivos específicos, eles foram assim definidos: 1) Perceber as políticas curriculares educacionais e a influência do capitalismo; 2) Compreender os efeitos das políticas curriculares na sala de aula; 3) Entender as linhas de forças que agenciam as ações didáticas dos professores; 4) Analisar se as práticas docentes potencializam vidas. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida utilizando a metodologia cartográfica, um trabalho de campo de escuta sensível, que pressupõe uma proximidade com as pessoas, situações e com os caminhos de intervenção. Para tanto, os instrumentos usados foram os mapas, por meio dos quais registraram-se todos os aspectos que envolvem o espaço escolar, nos agenciamentos e nas linhas de força. Do ponto de vista teórico-conceitual e analítico, o estudo situa-se no horizonte da filosofia da diferença e, por essa razão, optou-se pelas contribuições de Gilles Deleuze e Félix Guattari (1995). As categorias fundamentais mobilizadas foram: política educacional, currículo, agenciamento, rizoma, educação física e prática docente. Os resultados mostram que o Currículo da Cidade de educação física produz outros efeitos na prática docente, distanciando-se das orientações nele contidas. Assim, a escola e os professores mantêm os projetos e práticas, independentemente das orientações curriculares.
