Resumo: he present research under the title Processes of Permanence and Future Perspectives: The Experience of the Young People of the Social Entrance Examination at PUC Goiás, is inserted in the Research Line Education, Society and Culture. Its main objective was to understand who are the young beneficiaries of the Social Vestibular Program of the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás (PUC Goiás), as well as their process of permanence construction and their future prospects after graduation. To understand this phenomenon, we resorted to scholars on the subject, such as: Bourdieu (1990), Bonnewitz (2003), Dayrell (2007) Cavalcante (2010), Cunha (1997), Dourado (2010), Pais (1990), Peixoto (2011), Piotto (2011), Zago (2006). The Program was implemented in 2010 in order to reduce the dropout of undergraduate courses and the inclusion of young people from the popular classes. The object of study was built from the reflexive sociology of Pierre Bourdieu (2001), which presupposes a series of procedures, which involve since the deconstruction of scientifically accepted truths, the reflection on the object beyond its social or political importance enshrined by discourse, the construction and methodological reconstruction until the detachment of the object, as an important and essential condition in the process of sociological analysis. It also discusses the history and analysis of the field of Brazilian higher education, democratization and inclusion policies in Brazil for this level of education, the concept of youth and the inclusion of young people in higher education. As a methodological procedure, an online questionnaire was prepared with open and closed questions, the link was sent by whatsApp to 481 beneficiary students of the Program and obtained a sample of 120 respondents that fit the research profile, being young people from 18 to 29 years old enrolled in the seventh. or eighth period in Business, Archeology, Nursing, Pedagogy, Computer Science, Biological Sciences, Law and Journalism. The courses chosen were those with the largest number of students enrolled through the Social Entrance Examination at 07 Schools and 01 PUC Goiás Institute. Interviews were conducted with eight respondents from the questionnaires of each course. The research points out that the young scholarship holder of the social entrance exam when having access to the program demonstrates uncertainties in choosing the course. As for permanence have financial difficulties and learning. Regarding future prospects, young people are distressed because they feel unprepared for the job.

Teve como objetivos compreender quem são os jovens beneficiários do Programa Vestibular Social da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás (PUC Goiás), bem como o processo de construção de permanência e suas perspectivas de futuro após diplomação. Para a compreensão teórica e metodológica, recorreu-se a estudiosos sobre o assunto, como: Bourdieu (1990), Bonnewitz (2003), Dayrell (2007) Cavalcante(2010), Cunha(1997), Dourado(2010), Pais(1990), Peixoto(2011) ,Piotto(2011), Zago(2006). O Programa foi implementado em 2010 com o intuito de diminuir a evasão dos cursos de licenciatura e a inclusão de jovens de camadas populares. O objeto de estudo foi construído a partir da sociologia reflexiva de Pierre Bourdieu(2001), que pressupõe uma série de procedimentos, a quem envolvem desde a desconstrução das verdades cientificamente aceitas, a reflexão sobre o objeto para além da sua importância social ou política consagrada pelo discurso, a construção e reconstrução metodológica até o destrinchar do objeto, como condição importante e essencial no processo de análise sociológica. Discute-se também, o histórico e a análise do campo da educação superior brasileira, a democratização e as políticas de inclusão no Brasil para esse nível de escolaridade, o conceito de juventude e a inserção dos jovens no ensino superior. Como procedimento metodológico, foi elaborado um questionário online com perguntas abertas e fechadas, o link foi enviado por whatsApp, para 481 estudantes beneficiários do Programa e obteve uma amostra de 120 respondentes que se enquadram no perfil da pesquisa. Sendo jovens de 18 a 29 anos matriculados no sétimo ou oitavo período dos cursos de Administração, Arqueologia, Enfermagem, Pedagogia, Ciência da Computação, Ciências Biológicas, Direito e Jornalismo. Os cursos escolhidos foram aqueles que têm maior quantidade de estudantes matriculados por meio do Vestibular Social nas 7 Escolas e em 1 Instituto da PUC Goiás. Realizaram-se entrevistas com oito respondentes dos questionários de cada curso. A pesquisa aponta que os jovens bolsistas do Vestibular Social demonstraram incertezas na escolha do curso. Quanto à permanência, as principais dificuldades apresentadas foi a financeira, de aprendizagem e conciliar trabalho e estudo.
