The analysis of the central theme, cyberdemocracy, stems from studies made because of the growing and unbridled use of social media to bring political and political information in times of crisis of representativeness that is going through Brazil. It is a system that reaches as many people as possible, very quickly but not fully effectively. The present study has as its central object to take a look at the new, the reality that surrounds us that, so obviously and intrinsically absorbed in our daily lives, we do not realize that this phenomenon is becoming more important every day and, we, increasingly dependent on it, as it also involves fundamental citizenship rights. In addition to demonstrate the inevitability of applying technology in the exercise of citizenship, addressing the rights and obligations involved, field research was conducted with undergraduate students from PUC, as well as IBGE surveys and others published in the media, with election data 2016 and presidential 2018, with the purpose of illustrating the experience of this social and democratic transformation, in an interdisciplinary way. Finally, concerns were raised, not only with the use of this resource in Brazil and worldwide, but mainly with its seriousness and reliability as a new instrument of citizenship that enables its exercise with the greatest possible social penetration. The viability of this route was demonstrated based on the doctrine, reports, articles, field research and collation of information obtained with the history of democracy and the evolution of mass communication with the use of technology
