Resumo: The research addresses Deaf Protagonism and Deaf Authorship related to the process of Emancipation of the Deaf Subject, considering the Curriculum as elementary in Culture, Language and Epistemology recognition of Deaf Community. The main goal is to analyze social-educational-political contexts and narratives of Deaf Subjects, in order to recognize Deaf Protagonism as a premise for the construction of Deaf Authorship. The specific goals are to define concepts that pertain to the Deafhood, discuss the Curriculum conception, present narratives, authors and Deaf researchers and contribute with intervention proposals to guarantee Deaf Community rights. The theoretical subsidies embrace contributions from Antonio Chizzotti, Boaventura de Sousa Santos, Carlos Skliar, Enrique Dussel, José Gimeno Sacristán, Karin Strobel, Michael Whitman Apple, Oliver Wolf Sacks, Paulo Freire e Ronice Müller de Quadros, among other authors. A qualitative methodological approach was performed through bibliographic and documentary research, interviews, analysis and discussion of obtained data, revealing that the contexts in which the Deaf Subjects are inserted, and the Curriculum too, offer few situations of legitimation of linguistic, cultural and epistemological differences. as potentialities. Therefore, this research presents proposals to constitute Deaf Protagonism as a form to empower, emancipate and guarantee Deaf Authorship in social, political and educational spheres

Therefore, this research presents proposals to constitute Deaf Protagonism as a form to empower, emancipate and guarantee Deaf Authorship in social, political and educational spheresA pesquisa aborda o Protagonismo Surdo e a Autoria Surda relacionados com o processo de Emancipação do Sujeito Surdo, considerando o Currículo como elementar no reconhecimento da Cultura, Língua e Epistemologia da Comunidade Surda. O objetivo principal é analisar contextos sociais-educacionais-políticos e narrativas de Sujeitos Surdos, de modo a reconhecer o Protagonismo Surdo como premissa para construção da Autoria Surda. Os objetivos específicos são definir conceitos que perpassam o Ser Surdo, discutir a concepção de Currículo, apresentar narrativas, autores e pesquisadores Surdos e contribuir com proposições para garantia de direitos da Comunidade Surda. Os subsídios teóricos da pesquisa abrangem contribuições de Antonio Chizzotti, Boaventura de Sousa Santos, Carlos Skliar, Enrique Dussel, José Gimeno Sacristán, Karin Strobel, Michael Whitman Apple, Oliver Wolf Sacks, Paulo Freire e Ronice Müller de Quadros, entre outros. A abordagem metodológica qualitativa efetuada por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, entrevistas, análise e discussão dos dados obtidos, revelam que os contextos em que os Sujeitos Surdos estão inseridos, inclusive nos Currículos, oferecem poucas situações de legitimação das diferenças linguísticas, culturais e epistemológicas como potencialidades. Isto posto, esta pesquisa apresenta proposições para constituir o Protagonismo Surdo como forma de empoderamento, emancipação e garantia da Autoria Surda nas esferas sociais, políticas e educacionaisCoordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPESapplication/pdfhttp://tede2.pucsp.br/tede/retrieve/53016/Mara%20Lopes%20Figueira%20de%20Ruzza.pdf.jpgporPontifícia Universidade Católica de São PauloPrograma de Estudos Pós-Graduados em Educação: CurrículoPUC-SPBrasilFaculdade de EducaçãoCurrículoSer SurdoEmancipaçãoCurriculumDeafhoodEmancipationCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::EDUCACAO::CURRICULOProtagonismo surdo: currículo como construção da autoriaDeaf protagonism: the curriculum as construction of authorshipinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/doctoralThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessreponame:Repositório Institucional da PUC_SPinstname:Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP)instacron:PUC_SPTEXTMara Lopes Figueira de Ruzza.pdf.txtMara Lopes Figueira de Ruzza.pdf.txtExtracted texttext/plain706460https://repositorio.pucsp.br/xmlui/bitstream/handle/23429/4/Mara%20Lopes%20Figueira%20de%20Ruzza.pdf.txt83d4c99655d639f19f712f3552936bedMD54LICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
