The culture of patient safety has been discussed worldwide, and thus highlighting its attention in the field of health organizations. To this end, it is important for health organizations to establish a safety culture in order to improve it and reduce adverse events. Ensuring that patients are not harmed by errors in care. The main objective of this study will be to assess the culture of patient safety and develop training in front of a multidisciplinary team from the Santa Casa de Caridade de Dom Pedrito. The methodology is a cross-sectional study, with a quantitative approach, which will be developed in a hospital in southern Brazil in a multidisciplinary team. The target population of this study will be health professionals, employees of the institution to be studied and that through the evaluation of the patient safety culture, the translated and validated version for Brazilian Portuguese of the Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC). As the CSP is not being worked in the hospital to be studied, it is expected to find low response rates, with a percentage of positive responses. Where these results are based, SP will be systematically and periodically worked within the hospital with employees through training and the development of a specific POP's.
