Resumo: This study is linked to the line of research on Work, State and Educational Policies, of the Postgraduate Program in Education (PPGE), of the State University of Goiás (UEG), UnU Inhumas. We understand that teaching work is marked by its humanizing and dehumanizing ambivalence constituted and imposed by the ontological dimension and the aegis of capital. In this sense, strict control of teaching work is imposed with the aim of alienating it and convincing it to serve market demands, the dictates determined by educational reforms and, consequently, the interests of capital accumulation and restructuring. In this direction, this research analyzes and discusses teaching work in the Municipal Education Network of Goiânia based on the developments of the DC-GO – Expanded. The pre-established problem for this discussion is: how have the guidelines established in the DC-GO – Expanded impacted the regulation of teaching work in the Municipal Education Network of Goiânia? In order to respond to this problem, our research has the general objective of understanding the regulatory movement of teaching work in the Municipal Network of Goiânia based on the analysis of the implications related to the guidelines of the DC-GO – Expanded. We also list as specific objectives: understanding the transformations of work and the purposes directed at teaching work and training, considering the critical analysis of the political and ideological conceptions in dispute in contemporary times; understanding the curricular movement of the Municipal Education Network of Goiânia and interpreting the developments of the Common National Curricular Base, BNCC, in the elaboration and implementation of the DC-GO – Expanded; and analyzing the conceptions (education and curriculum) supported by this curricular policy of Goiás, and also whether, and how, the guidelines aimed at education and teacher work present in the DC-GO – Expanded regulate teaching work in the city of Goiânia. In this theoretical investigation based on historical-dialectical materialism, in the search for clarification of the object of study through a qualitative approach, we established as methodological procedures the performance of a bibliographic review and a documentary analysis, in which we propose the study of the categories: work, teaching work, curriculum, educational policies, research on the curricular movement of the Municipal Education Network of Goiânia, and analysis of the conceptions of the Curricular Document for Goiás and its proposals for the teaching work of the Municipal Education Network of Goiânia. The results of the research reveal how the Expanded DC-GO, instituted by neoliberal political reforms as an instrument of the productive restructuring process, has been imposing, conducting, establishing and reinforcing the proletarianization, precariousness, devaluation, disqualification and intensification of teaching work in the Municipal Education Network of Goiânia, standardizing and controlling it to adapt its function.

Compreendemos que o trabalho docente é marcado pela sua ambivalência humanizadora e desumanizadora constituída e imposta pela dimensão ontológica e pela égide do capital. Nesse sentido, o controle rigoroso do trabalho docente é imposto com objetivo de aliená-lo e convencê-lo a servir às demandas mercadológicas, aos ditames determinados pelas reformas educacionais e, por consequência, aos interesses do acúmulo e reestruturação do capital. Nessa direção, essa pesquisa analisa e discute o trabalho docente na Rede Municipal de Educação de Goiânia a partir dos desdobramentos do DC-GO – Ampliado. A problemática preestabelecida para essa discussão é: como as orientações estabelecidas no DC-GO – Ampliado têm repercutido na regulação do trabalho docente na Rede Municipal de Educação de Goiânia? No sentido de responder a essa problemática, nossa pesquisa tem como objetivo geral compreender o movimento regulatório do trabalho docente na Rede Municipal de Goiânia a partir da análise das implicações relacionadas às orientações do DC-GO – Ampliado. Também elencamos como objetivos específicos: compreender as transformações do trabalho e as finalidades direcionadas ao trabalho docente e à formação, considerando a análise crítica sobre as concepções políticas e ideológicas em disputa na contemporaneidade; compreender o movimento curricular da Rede Municipal de Educação de Goiânia e interpretar os desdobramentos da Base Nacional Curricular Comum, BNCC, na elaboração e implementação do DC-GO – Ampliado; e analisar as concepções (educação e currículo) sustentadas nessa política curricular goiana, e também se, e como, as orientações voltadas à educação e ao trabalho do professor presentes no DC-GO – Ampliado regulam trabalho docente do município de Goiânia. Nessa investigação teórica fundamentada pelo materialismo histórico-dialético, na busca pela clarificação do objeto de estudo por meio de uma abordagem qualitativa, estabelecemos como procedimentos metodológicos a realização de uma revisão bibliográfica e de uma análise documental, nas quais propomos o estudo das categorias: trabalho, trabalho docente, currículo, políticas educacionais, a pesquisa sobre o movimento curricular da Rede Municipal de Goiânia, e análise das concepções do Documento Curricular para Goiás e suas proposições para o trabalho docente da Rede Municipal Educação de Goiânia. description This study is linked to the line of research on Work, State and Educational Policies, of the Postgraduate Program in Education (PPGE), of the State University of Goiás (UEG), UnU Inhumas. We understand that teaching work is marked by its humanizing and dehumanizing ambivalence constituted and imposed by the ontological dimension and the aegis of capital. In this sense, strict control of teaching work is imposed with the aim of alienating it and convincing it to serve market demands, the dictates determined by educational reforms and, consequently, the interests of capital accumulation and restructuring. In this direction, this research analyzes and discusses teaching work in the Municipal Education Network of Goiânia based on the developments of the DC-GO – Expanded. The pre-established problem for this discussion is: how have the guidelines established in the DC-GO – Expanded impacted the regulation of teaching work in the Municipal Education Network of Goiânia? In order to respond to this problem, our research has the general objective of understanding the regulatory movement of teaching work in the Municipal Network of Goiânia based on the analysis of the implications related to the guidelines of the DC-GO – Expanded. We also list as specific objectives: understanding the transformations of work and the purposes directed at teaching work and training, considering the critical analysis of the political and ideological conceptions in dispute in contemporary times; understanding the curricular movement of the Municipal Education Network of Goiânia and interpreting the developments of the Common National Curricular Base, BNCC, in the elaboration and implementation of the DC-GO – Expanded; and analyzing the conceptions (education and curriculum) supported by this curricular policy of Goiás, and also whether, and how, the guidelines aimed at education and teacher work present in the DC-GO – Expanded regulate teaching work in the city of Goiânia. In this theoretical investigation based on historical-dialectical materialism, in the search for clarification of the object of study through a qualitative approach, we established as methodological procedures the performance of a bibliographic review and a documentary analysis, in which we propose the study of the categories: work, teaching work, curriculum, educational policies, research on the curricular movement of the Municipal Education Network of Goiânia, and analysis of the conceptions of the Curricular Document for Goiás and its proposals for the teaching work of the Municipal Education Network of Goiânia. The results of the research reveal how the Expanded DC-GO, instituted by neoliberal political reforms as an instrument of the productive restructuring process, has been imposing, conducting, establishing and reinforcing the proletarianization, precariousness, devaluation, disqualification and intensification of teaching work in the Municipal Education Network of Goiânia, standardizing and controlling it to adapt its function.
