Resumo: Introduction: Suicide is a multifactorial problem that challenges Psychology, Sociology, Law, Bioethics, and several other areas of knowledge. Usually, suicide is classified into three categories: consummated suicide, suicide attempt, and suicidal ideation. Objective: To develop specifications for a digital protocol to assess actual and/or potential suicide risk and register the incidence and care of this problem in the municipality's public health network. Methodology: The experiment was based on a questionnaire composed of 12 items (questions) to be carried out by an applicator with the possibility of dichotomic answers (yes or no). All succeeded by an assessment of understanding the question of the respondent. Results: The application of the questionnaire took place between January 28 and February 5, 2021. The respondents added a total of 27 participants, including 18 psychologists and 9 psychologists. The results presented confirm that, in general, the questionnaire was well understood, which, consequently, attests to the validity, reliability, and operability of this type of instrument. Conclusion: The proposed instrument permits the development and/or improvement of technologies capable of identifying patients at real risk and/or potential for suicide, fomenting the work of the public health system, as well as permitting the creation of epidemiological databases.

Usualmente, o suicídio é classificado em três categorias: suicídio consumado, tentativa de suicídio e ideação suicida. Objetivos: Desenvolver especificações de um protocolo digital de avaliação de risco real e/ou potencial de suicídio, bem como o registro da incidência e atendimento desse problema na rede pública de saúde do município. Metodologia: O experimento baseou-se em um questionário composto por 12 itens (perguntas) a serem realizadas por um aplicador com possibilidade de resposta dicotômicas (sim ou não), todas sucedidas de uma avaliação de entendimento da questão pelo respondente. Resultados: A aplicação do questionário ocorreu entre os dias 28 de janeiro a 5 de fevereiro de 2021. Os respondentes somaram um total de 27 participantes, dos quais 18 psicólogas e 9 psicólogos. Os resultados apresentados confirmam que, em contexto geral, o questionário foi bem compreendido, o que, por consequência, atesta a validade, a fidedignidade e a operatividade desse tipo de instrumento.
