O desempenho das receitas correntes e de capital no estado do Ceará no período da crise mundial recente entre 2008 e 2010

Motivated by the recent quake occurred in world financial markets, the study aims to evaluate the performance of current income and capital of Ceará State during the recent global financial crisis between 2008 and 2010, seeing potential revenue impacts suffered by them due to turbulence cited. Initially it was like a brief history of the crisis, explaining its origins and consequences for the federative object of labor. Later definitions will be observed on the current income and capital with subtypes, giving greater emphasis to the GST and the State Participation Fund. Regarding the methodology, at first, you can observe for intermediate graphs as the main revenue behaved, but precisely during the period 2002 to 2011, which covers the years prior to the study object, so you can check the oscillations that occurred by chance, and if so, whether this actually happened because of the financial crisis. Then you can verify, by means of the estimated elasticities of a Multiple Linear Regression of Log-Log type, as the main variables that explain the current income and capital of Ceara affect their revenues. For this estimation was performed using monthly data for the period January 2002 to June 2011, a total of 120 information. Finally, the study concluded that despite the strong impact on the world market, the revenues of the State of Ceará, were practically not affected, rising almost to the impacts of the crisis unscathed.
