Resumo Português:This research addresses the concepts of participation produced by children, adolescents and adult counselors from the Participatory Budgeting - OP - Fortaleza - CE. It is a study that has experience as a backdrop to this mechanism of participatory democracy on the management of the budget and social policies of that city. His methodological approach assumes the idea of between-places of the Bhabha refers to the place in contemporary culture, which influences the understanding Sarmento about relations between the generations of children, adolescents and adults mutations located in the interstices those age groups and common historical times. Consistent with this proposal, this research is the method Sociopoética that brings in its political and epistemological reference to the democratization of knowledge construction for the affirmation of cultures dominated, the integration between art and science and to the research group by producer confetos, becomings , singularizations on the theme generator participation. Through the method of dialogue contributions of Paulo Freire, Pedagogy of the objects generating Ramos and the Theatre of the Oppressed Boal, artistic resources were experienced in the production and analysis of the data themselves co-researchers. This material has gone through a cluster analysis and a cross-sectional study found confetos, made by the academic researcher. After the counter-analysis to the research group of this study, we performed a comparison of confetos with the concepts of citizen participation Sanchez and Munoz, researchers from the OP. The findings show that confetos discuss participation in OP from a community perspective and personal horizon and bring the fight for improvements to communities and to a lesser degree, in the city. This differs from the focus on the relationship between society and State public involvement. Besides, it brings the conflicts among the population shrouded in intrigue relationships and marriages. Finally, despite the differences, shows a greater convergence and complementarity between confetos Munoz and citizen participation in the affirmation of participation in their personal and community developments are inseparable.
