Resumo: Wounds are an important health problem and care for these patients requires planning, strategies and interventions that have a holistic approach, anchored in scientific evidence. Therefore, in order to enrich the work of nurses and provide systematic and qualified care, the aim of this study is to develop care technology for patients with wounds, based on the theoretical framework of Wanda Horta de Aguiar. This research is aligned with the organization and evaluation of health care systems research line, seeking to meet a care demand, together with the institution's skin care commission. Objective: To develop and validate care technologies for nursing care for patients with wounds. Methodology: This is a methodological study applied with technological production for the nursing care of patients with wounds, based on the theoretical model of Basic Human Needs by Wanda de Aguiar Horta. The development of the technology took place in four stages: 1) scope review and narrative literature review; 2) cross-mapping between the main clinical indicators of patients with wounds and the statements of NANDA-I nursing diagnoses, 3) construction of a care guide; 4) construction of an assessment script for patients with wounds. Results/Outputs: In the first stage, 37 studies were identified, which resulted in 410 clinical indicators, grouped into 77 standard terms, 43 of which were used for mapping. In the second stage, a cross-mapping was carried out, which resulted in 25 NANDA-I nursing diagnoses titles, with changes in skin integrity, infection, tissue damage and pain being the most prevalent. In the third stage, the nursing care guide was constructed, containing clinical indicators of patients with wounds, the main nursing diagnoses, interventions and nursing activities, selected according to the mapped nursing diagnosis. The fourth step was the construction of an assessment script for patients with wounds, based on the scope review and the narrative review of the literature, with the second product being developed, validated by a group of nurses (N=20) in the first round and (N=14) in the second round. The agreement between the judges was verified using a Likert scale. In the validation process, all items were considered relevant with CVI above 0.85, being adjusted according to the judges' suggestions, with regard to theoretical scope and language clarity. Conclusion: The technologies developed have the potential to generate a positive impact, since they are able to assess, record and monitor wounds, with quality, safety, effectiveness and with scientifically based language standardization. In addition, it is able to support the skin care committee for health care planning and the implementation of actions for quality of care.
