The research proposes to look into the productive routines of the Arquivo Marckezini channels and Pedro Janov e seus Arquivos, on YouTube, which includes the catchment of materials, the dynamics of circulation and the guide of themes put up for public consumption. The pages are intended to retrieve and share old journalistic videos from Brazilian television on the internet. Journalism - whose temporality (FRANCISCATO, 2003) is primaly focused in the present with the production of narratives about social life - reports extracts of reality that can be revisited later, as take place in the investigated channels. Based on mediatization and circulation studies, is verified the engagement of new media, such as YouTube, in the overhaul of social practices and experiences. The phenomenon of memory is also argued based on the concept of collective memory (HALBWACHS, 2013) places of memory (NORA, 1993) and frameworks of memory (POLLAK, 1989) from the practices that arise from the new media. In order to fulfill the research aims, in-depth interviews were conducted (DUARTE, 2010) with the channel administrators, gathering details in the rescuing process and sharing journalistic memories. In addition to looking at the routines established on the pages, the study heads toward to other stages of the communicational process, with the categorization of 761 journalistic files published by the collections, by means content analysis (BARDIN, 1977) that verified features of the publications, such as themes covered, origin of videos, year of production, average duration, information genres and frequent programs. The results achieved points that the routines and the availability of memories are effected based on the operational logic of the YouTube platform, as well as the expectations and subjectivities of each administrator and the involvement set out with the users who transit through the collections.
