This research analyzes the conjuncture of the urban phenomena of revolt, specifically the Journeys of June 2013 in Belo Horizonte - MG. In this world where the possibilities of creating new alternatives that give meanings to popular wills seems to be closed, to think and to produce a space-time of its own that establishes the rupture with the normality of capitalism becomes necessary. Facing the reality that expropriates the action of being, it is fundamental to go beyond the institutions that condition the imprisonment of popular participation in the decision-making spheres of our lives. The State, as a simulacrum that mediates social relations, is questionable. In the twenty-first century, the revolts that broke out in various parts of the world claimed the autonomy of the uses of common resources and claimed for public space. The radicalness of the public is preserved in the street, especially when the real meaning of the road is subverted, which presents itself as a means by which the process of the circulation of capital is completed. Dialectically, the reflection necessary to transpose the very form of political doing to political doing runs through the categorical dimensions of violence, power, utopia and ideology, thus producing the space of insurgency.
