This work is linked to the research line Teaching and Learning in Science and Mathematics, the Graduate Program in Teaching of Science and Mathematics - Professional Master, Franciscan University, and presents as title MathNight: Rotation by station for teaching mathematics in the early years. The educational process has been facing challenges in relation to teaching and learning, since in recent times there is a greater demotivation in learning by students, and the rates of disapproval have increased. This study aims to verify the possible contributions of the MathNight Guide as a methodological proposal for teaching mathematics for the early years, through rotation by stations. The research subjects were students of the 3rd year of elementary school, a Municipal School of Elementary Education in the city of São Vicente do Sul - RS. To achieve the general objective of this work, studies were initiated in the National Common Curricular Base, in the Gaucho Curricular Reference and in the Curricular Guiding Document of the Territory of São Vicente do Sul conducted by a bibliographical research followed by a documentary analysis. The educational product of this study consists of a MathNight Guide, in the physical modality, containing four activities, related to the teaching of mathematics, and using the rotation by station. After applying the Guide observed - if the students showed motivation and interest in learning more about the proposed content, and a good performance in the activities. All students were involved with the proposals, and reported that it is important to have different ways of teaching mathematics. It is worth mentioning, the need to demystify the way of teaching mathematics in a fragmented and routine way, but evolve from research, professional training with new methodological proposals of teaching and learning, aiming at a quality education, with satisfactory results in the face of so many obstacles faced in everyday school life.
