Departamento de História, Instituto de Ciências Humanas e Sociais, Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto.A presente pesquisa aborda as estratégias que as mulheres negras ativistas adotaram para que suas demandas alcançassem a devida atenção. Elas sempre lutaram para que seus empreendimentos tivessem espaço e importância, e no interior do Movimento Negro, diante das transformações que ocorreram na década de 1970/1980, algumas dessas mulheres contribuíram para a criação do Movimento Negro Unificado e, também, do Movimento das Mulheres Negras. Nesse material concentramos o nosso recorte nas questões de gênero, portanto, voltamos o nosso olhar no que tange às mulheres negras, e para tal adotamos alguns conceitos e metodologias. Realizamos um breve levantamento das correntes historiográficas que favoreceram a inserção de grupos marginalizados no espectro historiográfico enquanto sujeitos históricos. No que tange ao MNU, este foi apresentado através de seus primeiros anos. E, por fim, apresentamos as estratégias que as mulheres negras componentes do MNU encontraram para atender suas particularidades. No que concerne às fontes, foram utilizadas como produção de análises: a Carta de Princípios, as primeiras edições do jornal do MNU e os relatos de entrevista de Ana Célia da Silva, Luiza Bairros e Valdecir Nascimento contidas na dissertação de Silvana Bispo a respeito da criação do GM-MNU/BA (Grupo de Mulheres Negras do MNU da Bahia), na tese de Claudia Cardoso sobre feminismos e entrevistas das militantes Ana Célia e Valdecir Nascimento nos canais Negritos e Cultne hospedados na plataforma do YouTube. Por fim, deseja-se que a presente dissertação consiga contribuir para pesquisas futuras a respeito da história de mulheres negras pertencentes ao Movimento Negro ou não.The present research addresses the strategies that black women activists adopted so that their demands reached due attention. They always have struggled for their undertakings to have space and importance. With the black movements, and facing the transformations that occurred in the 1970s and 1980s, some of these women contributed to the creation of the Movimento Negro Unificado and also the Movimento das Mulheres Negras. In this material, we put our focus on gender issues, therefore, we turned our attention to black women, and for that, we adopted some concepts and methodologies. We carried out a brief survey of the historiographic currents that favored the insertion of marginalized groups in the historiographical spectrum as historical subjects. As far as the MNU is concerned, this was presented through their early years. And, finally, we present the strategies that the black women members of the MNU found to meet their particularities. With regard to the sources, the following were used as production analysis: the Charter of Principles, the first editions of the MNU newspaper and the interview reports by Luiza Bairros and Valdecir Nascimento contained in Silvana Bispo's dissertation on the creation of the GM-MNU/BA (Grupo de Mulheres Negras do MNU da Bahia) in Claudia Cardoso's thesis on feminisms and interviews by activists Ana Célia and Valdecir Nascimento on the Negritos and Cultne channels hosted on the YouTube platform. However, we note that several other studies are still needed so that it can cover everything that the theme offers.
