Implementação e validação de software para gestão dos riscos ergonômicos na Justiça Federal do Rio Grande do Norte

The advancement of new technologies inserted in labor activities in the last decades, has caused changes in the reasons for sick leave. According to the World Health Organization - WHO, in 2020, the withdrawal due to depression and diseases of the skeletal muscle system will be the main reasons for the withdrawal of employees in organizations, since the use of new systems, machines and software enabled changes in the ergonomic risks of work activities. This master's dissertation aims to implement and validate an interactive ERGO Software for the identification and management of ergonomic risks in the Federal Court of Rio Grande do Norte (JFRN). With this, a multidisciplinary team was structured with the purpose of carrying out the management of ergonomic risks from the use of ERGO software, allowing interactivity between the servers and the multidisciplinary team of the judiciary. The ERGO Software will allow the monitoring of work activities from the capture of images through a camera located on the monitor of the workstation, in order to capture the postures assumed during the working day, generating an Ergonomic Performance Index (IED) for the occupational risk management of each unit. To guarantee the effectiveness of the ERGO Software, tests were carried out with the server’s members of the Ergonomics Committee (COERGO) and members of the multidisciplinary team of the Ergonomics Program (PROERGO), in order to guarantee the best usability of the software in accordance with characteristics of work activities. After validation of the located tests, the ERGO Software was deployed for use by the servers with satisfactory results of prevention and mitigation of ergonomic risks.
