Resumo: Intangible aspects, even if not measured financially, are elements that are present in companies, even intrinsically, and tend to play an important role in the success of organizations. This success also happens in innovation environments, such as incubators, which aim for a more innovative process. Agribusiness startups are part of this process, with the aim of innovating this sector of the economy. Agribusiness innovations are capable of changing the landscape of agriculture, agro-industry and agricultural technology. For startups in this segment to be able to achieve the desired performance, it is important to identify variables that can be identified, evaluated, measured and monitored in the organizational context of these businesses. In this sense, considering the relevance of intangible aspects for innovation environments linked to agribusiness, the question is: how can intangible aspects in innovation environments in the agribusiness sector impact on management performance? The general objective of the study is to investigate intangible aspects in innovation environments in the agribusiness sector, highlighting their impact on managerial performance. The research is classified as applied, with an inductive method and a qualitative approach to the problem. In terms of objectives, this is an exploratory and descriptive study, with bibliographical research and data collection as the technical procedures, and the content analysis technique was used to analyze the data. The work was based, in the first stage, on a systematic literature review, considering published studies on innovation environments, agribusiness and managerial performance. The search for studies was restricted to the most respected databases, Scopus and Web of Science. The results point to various intangible aspects that can influence managerial performance. These aspects were classified into dimensions: (1) Intellectual (Intellectual Capital, Human Knowledge, Empathy, Behaviour, Self-confidence); (2) Organizational (Sustainability, Structural Capital, Motivation, Managerial Skills); and (3) Informational and Relationship (Innovation, Empathy, Leadership, Self-efficacy). Two research instruments were developed to compile the results: research instrument 1 was developed and validated with experts in the field of research and work related to the research topic, and research instrument 2 was developed based on the results of instrument 1 and applied to the managers of the startups. Through the research instruments, it was possible to identify that intangible aspects are relevant within the business and have a positive impact on the overall performance of agribusiness startups. Through the research instruments and the theoretical measurement model, the study presents all the links that lead to the results found. The contributions include the proposed theoretical measurement model, which refers to a hierarchical structure to support decision-making and can be a guide for managers to understand information that affects managerial performance. The strengthening of the literature and the perceptions of experts and managers lead to a practical contribution on the themes. In addition to adding value to the line of research in Controllership, the results are a signpost for identifying and paying attention to these intangible aspects.

Esse sucesso também acontece em ambientes de inovação, como as incubadoras, que visam um processo mais inovador. Neste processo encontram-se as Startups do agronegócio, com o intuito de inovar este setor da economia, as inovações do agronegócio são capazes de modificar o cenário tanto da agricultura, como da agroindústria e da tecnologia agrícola. Para que as Startups desse segmento tenham condições de atingir o desempenho desejado é importante identificar variáveis que possam ser identificadas, avaliadas, mensuradas e monitoradas no contexto organizacional desses negócios. Nesse sentido, considerando-se a relevância dos aspectos intangíveis para os ambientes de inovação ligados ao agronegócio, questiona-se: como os aspectos intangíveis em ambientes de inovação do setor do agronegócio podem impactar no desempenho gerencial? Sendo assim, a busca da resposta indica como objetivo geral do estudo, investigar os aspectos intangíveis em ambientes de inovação do setor do agronegócio, evidenciando o impacto no desempenho gerencial. A pesquisa enquadra-se como aplicada, tendo como método o indutivo e a abordagem do problema de forma qualitativa. Em relação aos objetivos trata-se de um estudo exploratório e descritivo elencando como procedimentos técnicos a pesquisa bibliográfica e o levantamento de dados, para a análise dos dados adotou-se a técnica de análise de conteúdo. O trabalho embasou-se, na primeira etapa, em uma revisão sistemática de literatura, considerando os estudos publicados referentes a ambientes de inovação, agronegócio e desempenho gerencial. A busca dos estudos se restringiu às bases de dados mais conceituadas, Scopus e Web of Science. Os resultados apontam diversos aspectos intangíveis que podem influenciar no desempenho gerencial. Esses aspectos foram classificados em dimensões: (1) Intelectual (Capital Intelectual, Conhecimento Humano, Empatia, Comportamento, Autoconfiança); (2) Organizacional (Sustentabilidade, Capital Estrutural, Motivação, Habilidades Gerenciais); e (3) Informacional e de Relacionamento (Inovação, Empatia, Liderança, Autoeficácia). Para a elaboração dos resultados foram desenvolvidos dois instrumentos de pesquisa, o instrumento de pesquisa 1 elaborado e validado junto a especialistas da área de pesquisa e atuação relacionado ao tema de pesquisa e o instrumento de pesquisa 2 desenvolvido com base nos resultados advindos do instrumento 1 e aplicado aos gestores das startups. Por meio dos instrumentos de pesquisa foi possível identificar que os aspectos intangíveis possuem relevância dentro do negócio e que impactam positivamente no desempenho geral das Startups do agronegócio. O estudo apresenta através dos instrumentos de pesquisa, bem como pelo modelo teórico de mensuração todas as amarrações que levam aos resultados encontrados. Como contribuições destaca-se o modelo teórico de mensuração proposto, que faz referência a uma estrutura hierárquica de apoio a tomada de decisão e pode ser um norteador para os gestores compreenderem informações que afetam no desempenho gerencial. O fortalecimento para a literatura e as percepções de especialistas e gestores remetem a uma contribuição prática sobre as temáticas.
