The Arquivo Público do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul (APERS) is to preserve the memory of the state with actions focused on document management and culture. For this it is essential that society has custody science collections and services. From this finding is questioned: "What strategy to adopt to promote the diffusion collections collected and services provided by APERS?". In order to answer this question and develop a outreach program for the institution sought to answer the following preliminary questions: What are the fonds, services and activities available to users? What is the profile of the users? Based on the answers, asked himself: What actions diffusion adopt? Having a central theme of the APERS and diffusion of services, was used methodology considered to be an applied approach with qualitative and quantitative case study regarding the technical procedures adopted. As a way to subsidize it addressed the concepts of cultural heritage, and archival documentary heritage. When you stop on the considerations regarding the archival emphasized the dissemination of collections, and study of users of online communication tools. Considering the literature addressed the contextualization of the survey and the response to the questions presented above was chosen for dissemination virtual publication and availability of the shares of the company APERS. Thus, we present the process of implementation and monitoring of virtual communication tools to spread the APERS and analyze the results.
