Resumo: This research is linked to the Graduate Program - Master in Education (PPGE) of UNOESTE, inserted in Research Line 1 - Public Policies in Education, Training Processes and Diversity, and aims to ascertain if they occurred and how they occurred. communications within school spaces regarding Brazilian High School Reform with regard to Law No. 13,415/17, more specifically referring to its dissemination and discussion among school agents. For this, being inserted as a teacher in the public high school in Brazil was one of the reasons to seek to find out beyond the proposed reform for education at this level of education, thus understanding which government policies were the basis for changes throughout history. The methodology used was data collection, bibliographic research and Capes databases with documentary analysis, in a quanti / quali approach with questionnaires for students and teachers, semi-structured interviews for coordinators and principals. The analysis of the collected data was by data triangulation. The research goes through a scenario of changes in education in Brazil, and its development over the years, in which public and educational policies have focused on a neoliberal and marketing discourse under reform proposals. However, the school agents: principals, coordinators, teachers and students faced moments of uncertainty, because the information about the Reform, even if the changes were not put into practice, already positioned major changes in the school spaces, in life. teachers and students, all through the media, in which agents informed themselves about decision-making by higher bodies, without public consultation, explicitly. Therefore, the methodological procedures supported the descriptive-dissertative text by observing how the market and neoliberal views on education are overweight. The analysis of the results was based on the following questions: how much these subjects sought to inform themselves about the subject in question and how much they appropriated the sources of information that were necessary for the profession and for the citizen and intellectual formation of the students. , as well as what they know, think and suggest for Education as improvement of the subject's full development, considering that there was no wide and official dissemination and discussion about the High School Reform in Brazil. In view of all the discussion about the Reform of High School in Brazil in school spaces, it was evident that there was neither dissemination nor discussion about the proposals of Law No. 13,415/17, the little that is known about the subject was through conversations informal.

Para isso, o fato de estar inserida como docente no Ensino Médio público do Brasil foi um dos motivos que instigaram a pesquisadora a buscar descobrir para além da reforma proposta para a educação nesse nível de ensino e, assim, compreender quais políticas governamentais serviram de base para as mudanças ocorridas ao longo da história. A metodologia utilizada compreendeu levantamento de dados, pesquisa bibliográfica e nas bases de dados da Capes com análise documental, numa abordagem quanti/qualitativa com aplicação de questionário para os alunos e professores, entrevista semiestruturada para coordenadores e diretores. A análise dos dados coletados foi efetuada por meio da triangulação de dados. A pesquisa perpassa por um cenário de mudanças na educação do Brasil, e seu desenvolvimento no decorrer dos anos, em que as políticas públicas e educacionais se concentraram num discurso neoliberal e mercadológico sob propostas de Reformas. Contudo, os agentes escolares – diretores, coordenadores, professores e alunos – enfrentaram momentos de incertezas, pois a informação sobre a Reforma, ainda que as mudanças não tenham sido colocadas em prática, já posicionava expressivas alterações nos espaços escolares, na vida de professores e alunos, tudo isso por meio das mídias, nas quais os agentes se informaram sobre as tomadas de decisões dos órgãos superiores, sem consulta pública, explicitamente. Portanto, os procedimentos metodológicos serviram de apoio para o texto descritivo-dissertativo observando como as visões mercadológicas e neoliberais sobre a educação se mostram preponderantes. A análise dos resultados se baseou nos seguintes questionamentos: o quanto esses sujeitos buscaram se informar sobre o assunto em questão e o quanto se apropriaram das fontes de informação que eram necessárias para a profissão e para a formação cidadã e intelectual dos alunos, bem como o que sabem, pensam e sugerem para a Educação como melhoria de desenvolvimento pleno do sujeito, considerando que não houve disseminação e discussão sobre a Reforma no Ensino Médio do Brasil de modo amplo e oficial.
