Resumo: The social contemporary dynamic requires a participant education dialogic and ready to make part of a society steeped in technology. Because of the web technologies there is a reconfiguration of the society itself, establishing a situation of generalized connectivity generated by the cyberculture - the culture transformed by the technologies. Like that, it emerges the need of appropriation of that technology in a different way, once they have innovatory characteristics, because the poles of message emissions are spread and there is the possibility of the constitution of communicative processes independent of time and space. Like this, it is essential a new meaning of the educational processes, having as main goal to contribute in a more efficient way in this reticular dynamic existen
