Resumo: The research presented here deals with the displacement of people whose motivation is to perform business activities on behalf of the organization to which they belong. This phenomenon, which has become more present in the routine of organizations and companies from the twentieth century, is called by some authors by Corporate Mobility. The researcher identified a need in this area of research because of its importance in the success of business missions and lack of studies and academic researches. The identified theme also presented the opportunity to harness the knowledge and professional experience of the author. This research had as main objective to understand the hospitality relations in Corporate Mobility and the possible contribution of competitiveness in an organization. The aim is to further understand the hospitality among stakeholders helps in the success of missions; understand whether organizations of different natures work corporate mobility differently; and finally verify if the technology is used to facilitate the actions of the Corporate Mobility and can assist in hospitality relationships. To achieve these objectives, an empirical and exploratory research was conducted. The first step consisted in raising the theoretical framework based on related literature and journals in the fields of Tourism, Hospitality and Management, searching for the concepts and correlation among them, namely: hospitality, corporate mobility, stakeholders, service and competitiveness. The research brought authors like Gotman (2009, 2013); Lashley and Morrison (2000, 2004); Ferreira e Wada (2011); Freeman (1984, 2007, 2010); Zeithaml, Bitner and Gremler (2010); Prahalad and Hamel (2005) and others. Then it proposed a study of multiple cases from advocated by Yin (2003) with previous survey of secondary data on the selected objects and preparation of their research protocol. This protocol predicted initial contact with organizations, authorization request, conducting individual interviews mostly recorded and later transcribed. To perform the series of interviews it used the method of categorization of Bardin (1977) as well as to analyse the generated content. There were two groups of respondents: the first consisted of managers responsible or handing the mobility in each organization and the second by stakeholders indicated by the first respondents, using the first step of the snowball method. Thus, the theoretical framework, together with interviews allowed dealing with the central researching question: How hospitality applied to Corporate Mobility contributes to the competitiveness of a given organization? Proposals for such a problem are: P1 - hospitality among stakeholders helps in the success of the missions carried out; P2 - different kinds of organizations, work mobility of its traveler’s employees differently; P3 – the technology is used to facilitate the actions of the Corporate Mobility and can assist in hospitality relationships. The results confirmed partially the first and third propositions and refuted the second. The organizations selected for this research are: religious, military and private organization, respectively constituting the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormons), 8 Naval District – Navy of Brazil and JBS-Brazil.
