spelling 2016-09-06T19:22:52Z2016-09-06T19:22:52Z2016-01-19http://dspace.est.edu.br:8080/jspui/handle/BR-SlFE/65184 p. : il.O presente estudo aborda as práticas do cuidado que o/a profissional enfermeiro/a deve ter e, sobretudo, proceder ao se deparar com pacientes oncológicos/as em fase terminal, pois se trata de um ser humano biopsicosocioespiritual que deve ser avaliado como tal, baseado em uma sintonia entre escuta, hospitalidade, respeito, solidariedade e cuidado afetuoso, respeitando suas escolhas e proporcionando um tratamento adequado para melhorar sua qualidade de vida, que somente se efetivará, mediante a criação de vínculos estabelecidos entre enfermeiro/a e paciente (afeto), de modo que o/a mesmo/a possa se sentir parte do processo de tratamento (autocuidado). A pesquisa caracteriza-se, basicamente, como bibliográfica quanto aos meios, qualitativa e de fins exploratórios, com paradigma positivista, cujo objetivo é analisar os efeitos causados pelas práticas de enfermagem humanizada, buscando responder de forma prática e qualificada os questionamentos propostos. Desse modo, destaca-se que o estudo identificou as diversas tentativas do sistema de saúde em humanizar os serviços através da criação de vários programas que até então são considerados em sua estrutura como sendo de grande avanço, porém, não correspondem ao que foi preconizado ao serem comparados com a práxis do/a profissional enfermeiro/a. Revelou também, a importância que a mente tem sobre o corpo das pessoas portadoras de câncer e sua evolução, pois ao descobrirem os fatores que bloqueiam sua percepção, evidenciaram a existência da possibilidade de se relacionar com o mundo e concentrar-se aos mecanismos de autocura, que auxiliará significativamente na melhoria do sistema imunológico através da ação do exercício da espiritualidade.This study deals with the caretaking practices which the nursing professional should carry out, as well as with how this professional should proceed with oncologic patients in the terminal stage, since they are biopsychosociospiritual human beings who must be evaluated as such, based on a harmony between listening, hospitality, respect, solidarity and affectionate care, respecting the person‟s choices and propitiating an adequate treatment to improve their quality of life, which will only be effective through the creation of ties established between the nurse and the patient (affection), in order for the latter to feel a part of the treatment process (self-care). The research is basically characterized as bibliographic, as to the means, qualitative and with exploratory ends, with a positivist paradigm, the goal of which is to analyze the effects caused by the practices of a humanized nursing, seeking to answer in a practical and qualified way the proposed questions. Therefore, we point out that the study identified various attempts of the health system to humanize the services through the creation of various programs which, up to that point, were considered within its structure to be a great advance, however, they did not respond to what was envisaged when compared with the praxis of the nursing professional.
