También procura descubrir con la ayuda de los Estudios de Género y la Teología Feminista, los argumentos que han sido y/o son utilizados para negar, descalificar o afirmar sus experiencias, en el ejercicio de su/s ministerio/s y/o cargo/s de liderazgo. Finalmente, esboza varios de los desafíos presentes en el quehacer ministerial no solo de y con las mujeres solteras, como también de las comunidades en las que participan, los cuales pueden ser considerados como punto de partida para mejorar su labor pastoral. Según este estudio, existen modelos pre-establecidos, donde las necesidades particulares, de las mujeres solteras no son atendidas, y por lo tanto, la mayoría de las veces, no son consideradas como importantes.The goal of this paper is to get to know the particular realities of single women in some Christian congregations; identify some of the dilemas present [in their lives] and discover how and how much these have influenced their lives. It also seeks to discover, with the help of Gender Studies and Feminist Theology, the arguments which have been or are used to negate, disqualify or affirm their experiences in exercising their ministries or leadership roles. Finally, it outlines various of the challenges present in the ministerial practice not only of and with the single women, but also of the congregations in which they participate, which can be considered the starting point for improving their pastoral work.
