Resumo em Inglês: | The studies of atmospheric re-entry began with the observation and analysis of meteorite trajectories in the Earths atmosphere. With the advent of the space age in the 1950s, this interest turned to the need to bring a manned spacecraft to a precise location. The understanding of the various aerodynamic factors involved in these trajectories is of fundamental importance for the design of reentry vehicles. In this work we present the simulation of a space mission from launch, injection into orbit, atmospheric re-entry to landing. The various sub-rockets and the re-entry capsule were modeled by means of differential equations in six degrees of freedom, using a control system with coupled axes and variable aerodynamic coefficients as a function of mach number. The results of the simulation were compared with the data generated by software Astos® and for the same vehicle and the same initial conditions, the results achieved were very close. Some differences were caused by the atmospheric models employed and the fact that this simulation was developed in six degrees of freedom, while Astos® used only three. The results obtained suggest the possibility of comparing the data of this simulator with real trajectories in order to validate the models used and still use this software in flight safety. |
