Resumo: This dissertation aims at reflecting on Mathematics Education at a moment in which the paradigm focusing on Transdiciplinary Education emerges. It focuses on pupils and their body, emotion, mind and spirit aspects. Under the perspective that everyone lives in a globalized world, where information is fastly processed day-byday, and where the computer becomes responsible for its accumulation, we hold this study of such technology as a strategy for an innovative education in the mathematical learning close to our hearts. Going through the real need of students using computers at school, the questioning if the use of such technology by public school teachers and the difficulty/resistence found in dealing with these innovations as a key tool for a meaningful educational achievement in São Paulo emerges.(AU)

Tem como foco o educando em todos os seus aspectos: corporal, emocional, racional e espiritual. Partindo do princípio que se vive em um mundo globalizado, onde as informações processam-se no dia-a-dia com mais velocidade e que um dos responsáveis, por este acúmulo de informações, o computador, valoriza-se neste estudo esta tecnologia como estratégia para uma educação inovadora na aprendizagem matemática. Pesquisando-se a real necessidade, por parte dos alunos, em utilizar a informática dentro do ambiente escolar, questionase o fundamento da dificuldade e/ou resistência de educadores de uma escola pública da rede estadual do Estado de São Paulo em utilizar estas inovações tecnológicas, efetivamente o computador, como ferramenta importante na busca de uma educação significativa.(AU)Made available in DSpace on 2016-08-03T16:15:57Z (GMT).
