Justified in the light of sociology, as discussed by Lucien Goldmann, Psychology, from the viewpoint of Jacob Levi Moreno, and Education, from the studies of Paulo Freire, we emphasize in this paper the issue of awareness, analyzing it under the perspective of a case study, carried out from the training called training Teams Work - FTT, offered by a multinational company in the metal industry. this study are considered the new demands of the production processes of firms to obtain profits, arising from the use of a hand-intensive participatory and collective. In this case, it is up to the workers to exercise, not only creativity, but also the group discussion around the obstacles to be overcome towards the achievement of organizational goals. The analysis of the awareness process worker, proposed herein, is made ​​from two viewpoints. The first refers to the collection of data after application of the FTT, based on sub-dialogue, respect and human creativity, stated the authors' fundamental theoretical approaches used here. The second relates to the context in which the subjects act: from the management accounts of people who are not directly linked to the research group, we see the extent to which the FTT interferes with daily performance of workers. The reading of the data allows for an evaluation of convergences and ruptures between the intentions of the company and the process of awareness of its employees.
