Resumo: This is an exploratory-explanatory research, which has the methodology used in the assistance to adolescents going through socio-educational measure by the observance of community service order (CSO) as its topic. It aims to comprehend the meanings and reverberations produced over the course of socio-educational process, focusing on the relationship between the social educator and the socio-educating student. For this purpose, the study is based on Edgar Morin???s Complex Thought, that also supports the research procedure: a participant observation, which is a qualitative approach inspired by the ???In Vivo Method???. This methodology was experienced by Morin and his research group in the local French commune of Ploz??vet in 1965. The observation process took place over a period of two months and occurred during the development of a group of PSC formed by a reference educator and eleven adolescents assisted by the Servi??o de Atendimento Socioeducativo (CASE), of the Funda????o Crian??a de S??o Bernardo do Campo. The study of the methodology of care for adolescents in conflict with the law, based on the ???Method in Vivo??? allowed us to state that the work developed by CASE reveals elements capable of inspiring adolescents and young people involved with illegality, to change their life trajectories. Among these elements, we highlight the multiplicity of educational spaces, the multidimensionality of experiences and, mainly, the interrelated aspects. In this sense, the text brings an expanded dialogue about the multiple dimensions of these relationships, drawing on the concept of ???social view??? created during the research, which revealed itself as the core of the theoretical discussion.

Su objetivo es comprender los significados y las reverberaciones producidas en el curso del proceso socioeducativo, centr??ndose en la relaci??n entre el educador social y el socioeducativo. Para este fin, se basa en el pensamiento complejo de Edgar Morin, teor??a en la que tambi??n se respaldan los procedimientos de investigaci??n, es decir, una observaci??n participante, en un enfoque cualitativo inspirado en el ???M??todo in Vivo???, metodolog??a experimentada por Morin y su grupo de investigadores. La comuna local de Ploz??vet, en 1965, fue el lugar de los investigadores. El proceso de observaci??n tuvo lugar durante un per??odo de dos meses y ocurri?? durante el desarrollo de un grupo de PSC formado por un educador de referencia y once adolescentes atendidos por el Servi??o de Atendimento Socioeducativo (CASE), de la Funda????o Crian??a de S??o Bernardo do Campo. El estudio de la metodolog??a de atenci??n a adolescentes en conflicto con la ley, basada en el "M??todo in vivo" nos permiti?? afirmar que el trabajo desarrollado por CASE revela elementos capaces de inspirar a los adolescentes y j??venes involucrados en la ilegalidad, a cambiar sus trayectorias de vida. Entre estos elementos, destacamos la multiplicidad de espacios educativos, la multidimensionalidad de las experiencias y, principalmente, los aspectos interrelacionados. En este sentido, el texto trae un di??logo ampliado sobre las m??ltiples dimensiones de estas relaciones, bas??ndose en el concepto de mirada social, creado durante la investigaci??n, y que se revel?? como el n??cleo de la discusi??n te??rica.A presente pesquisa tem natureza explorat??rio-explicativa e toma como objeto a metodologia utilizada no atendimento aos adolescentes em cumprimento de medida socioeducativa de presta????o de servi??os ?? comunidade (PSC). Objetiva compreender os significados e reverbera????es produzidos no desenrolar do processo socioeducativo, com foco na rela????o entre o educador social e o socioeducando. Para tanto, fundamenta-se no pensamento complexo de Edgar Morin, teoria na qual tamb??m est??o apoiados os procedimentos da pesquisa, isto ??, uma observa????o participante, numa abordagem qualitativa inspirada no ???M??todo in Vivo???, metodologia experienciada por Morin e seu grupo de pesquisadores, tendo como l??cus a comuna francesa de Ploz??vet, no ano de 1965. O processo de observa????o compreendeu um per??odo de dois meses e ocorreu durante o desenvolvimento de um grupo de PSC formado por um educador de refer??ncia e onze adolescentes atendidos pelo Servi??o de Atendimento Socioeducativo (CASE), da Funda????o Crian??a de S??o Bernardo do Campo. O estudo da metodologia de aten????o aos adolescentes em conflito com a lei, baseado no ???M??todo in Vivo??? permitiu afirmar que o trabalho desenvolvido pelo CASE revela elementos capazes de inspirar adolescentes e jovens envolvidos com a ilicitude, para a mudan??a de suas trajet??rias de vida. Dentre esses elementos, destacam-se a multiplicidade de espa??os educativos, a multidimensionalidade de experi??ncias e viv??ncias e, principalmente, os aspectos relacionais imbricados.
