Resumo: The PROUNI came up with the interim measure no. 213 of 09/10/2004, subsequently enacted into law under the paragraph. 11.096 de 01/13/2005, which regulates the offers of scholarships and partial integrals in Higher Education Institutions (ISEs), through tax breaks in return for the supply of these jobs, seeking to soften the gap between students of low income graduates of public schools, particularly blacks and Indians. The objective of this study is to understand the subjective dimensions of scholarship students from the University for All Program - PROUNI, London School of Pythagoras, to the Program in its multiple dimensions. The research part of the questioning of what is the understanding of the subject in relation to the PROUNI in its dimension of social inclusion, cultural and economic. The approach of this research is qualitative, depending on the nature of the problem, which requires an understanding of a situation in depth, with emphasis on the meaning given by the stakeholders and participants in this research are PROUNI Fellows Program for undergraduate courses in Business Administration, Communication, Law, Nursing, Engineering, Education and Psychology. We interviewed 30 subjects, randomly selected among students participating in the Program. This research turns to the analysis of statements by the subjects investigated, thus allowing to understand the subjective perceptions of student scholarships. The theoretical framework underlying the research is complex thinking, whose lead author is Edgar Morin in his conception of the subject. To achieve this purpose, it was first to study the emergence of PROUNI within a historical context, political and economic development, highlighting the historical and political role played by social movements for the realization of the University Program for All as an inclusive public policy in then spoke up on the notion of the subject, starting with the Cartesian subject and concluding with the notion of subject in the light of complex thinking, followed by field research in which they sought in the speeches of fellow students, their understanding about their own Program. It was during the research that the subject PROUNI scholarship from the Faculdade Pitágoras de Londrina, has understanding of the program on multiple dimensions such as social inclusion, cultural and economic.

It was during the research that the subject PROUNI scholarship from the Faculdade Pitágoras de Londrina, has understanding of the program on multiple dimensions such as social inclusion, cultural and economic.O PROUNI surgiu com a medida provisória nº. 213, de 10/9/2004, posteriormente transformada em lei sob o nº. 11.096 de 13/1/2005, que regula as ofertas de bolsas de estudo parciais e integrais em Instituições de Ensino Superior (IES) privadas, por meio da renúncia fiscal na contrapartida da oferta destas vagas, buscando amenizar as desigualdades entre os estudantes de baixa renda egressos de escolas públicas, em especial negros e indígenas. O objetivo deste trabalho é o de compreender as dimensões subjetivas dos alunos bolsistas do Programa Universidade para Todos PROUNI, da Faculdade Pitágoras de Londrina, em relação ao Programa em suas múltiplas dimensões. A pesquisa parte do questionamento de qual é a compreensão do sujeito bolsista em relação ao PROUNI, em sua dimensão de inserção social, cultural e econômica. A forma de abordagem desta pesquisa é qualitativa, em função da natureza do problema, que exige a compreensão de uma situação em profundidade, com ênfase no significado dado pelos envolvidos e os participantes desta pesquisa são os bolsistas do Programa PROUNI dos cursos de graduação em Administração, Comunicação, Direito, Enfermagem, Engenharias, Pedagogia e Psicologia. Foram entrevistados 30 sujeitos, escolhidos de forma aleatória entre os alunos participantes do Programa. Esta pesquisa volta-se para a análise dos depoimentos dos sujeitos investigados, permitindo assim compreender as percepções subjetivas dos estudantes bolsistas. O referencial teórico que fundamenta a pesquisa é o pensamento complexo, cujo principal autor é Edgar Morin em sua concepção de sujeito. Para atingir este propósito, procurou-se primeiramente, estudar o surgimento do PROUNI dentro de um contexto histórico, político e econômico, destacando o papel político e histórico desempenhado pelos movimentos sociais para a efetivação do Programa Universidade para Todos como uma política pública inclusiva, em seguida discorreu-se sobre a noção de sujeito, iniciando com o sujeito cartesiano e concluindo com a noção de sujeito à luz do pensamento complexo,seguido da pesquisa de campo em que se buscou nas falas do aluno bolsista, a sua compreensão em relação ao próprio Programa. Conclui-se no decorrer da pesquisa que o sujeito bolsista do PROUNI da Faculdade Pitágoras de Londrina, tem compreensão do Programa nas múltiplas dimensões, tais como: inserção social, cultural e econômica.Made available in DSpace on 2015-04-08T14:36:44Z (GMT).
