Resumo: The object of study of this issue is an experience of continuous training carried out with coordinating teachers who train other teachers based on the contributions of art. Its main objective is to analyze the affections potentiated through art in the training environment. The methodology adopted follows the procedures of the art-based educational research (PEBA). The local of this issue is a public institution for the continuous training of teachers - the pedagogical nucleus of the education department of the State of S??o Paulo - where the coordinating teachers of the pedagogical nucleus, the formators of trainers, work. A constant and dynamic system that lasts throughout life, the teacher training emphasizes the recognition of the professional and personal knowledge generated by teachers in their daily work scenarios. Thus, the teacher training is somebody who faces obstacles being exposed to risks and divided between his fears and his challenges.He is subordinated to his judgment and perception. The author of this study, acting in this space as an art coordinating teacher, planned a process of formation for the trainers mediated by aesthetics. The theoretical contributions for the basis of this work were built on the literature review pertinent to the fields of art, aesthetics, education and teacher training. The ideas of Antonio N??voa, Andy Hargreaves, Elliot Eisner, Herbert Head, Ana Mae Barbosa, John Dewey, FaigaOstrower, and Rita Irwin focused the research. Possible by the contact with codes of art,the formation through aesthetic experience lead the formators to reflection and considerations of their practice in the educational environment with the perspective of a new way of thinking the formations.

Tiene el objetivo de analizar los buenos influjos potenciados a trav??s del arte en el entorno de formaci??n. La metodolog??a sigue los procedimientos de la investigaci??n educativa sobre la base de Arte (PEBA). El universo es una instituci??n p??blica de los profesores de educaci??n continua, es decir, el n??cleo pedag??gico de una junta de educaci??n de la Educaci??n del Estado de San Pablo, situada en el este de la capital, donde los profesores coordinadores trabajan, formadores de formadores. Sistema constante y din??mico, que contin??a durante toda la vida, la formaci??n del profesorado destaca el reconocimiento de los conocimientos profesionales y personales generados por los profesores en sus escenarios de trabajo diarias. Por lo que el entrenador es un tema que se enfrenta a obst??culos que est??n expuestos a riesgos, que se divide entre sus miedos y su agenda, sujeta a su juicio y percepci??n. El autor, que trabajan en este espacio como un profesor coordinador del arte, propone un proceso de formaci??n de formadores mediado por la est??tica. Las contribuciones te??ricas a la base de este trabajo se basaron en la literatura relevante para los campos del arte, la est??tica, la educaci??n y la formaci??n del profesorado. Las ideas de Antonio Novoa, Andy Hargreaves, Elliot Eisner, Herbert Head, Ana Mae Barbosa, John Dewey, Faiga Ostrower y Rita L. Irwin balizaran esa investigaci??n. Hecho posible a trav??s del contacto con los c??digos de la t??cnica, la formaci??n, a partir de la experiencia est??tica, proporcion?? una oportunidad para los formadores crear un espacio para la reflexi??n y la meditaci??n de sus pr??cticas en el ??mbito educativo, con la perspectiva de una nueva forma de pensar formaciones.O objeto de estudo desta pesquisa ?? uma experi??ncia de forma????o continuada efetuada junto a professores coordenadores formadores de outros professores baseada nas contribui????es da arte. Tem por objetivo geral analisar os afetamentos potencializados por meio da arte no ambiente formativo. A metodologia adotada segue os procedimentos da pesquisa educacional baseada em Arte (PEBA). O universo trata-se de uma institui????o p??blica de forma????o continuada de professores, ou seja, o n??cleo pedag??gico da diretoria de ensino da regi??o Leste da Secretaria da Educa????o do Estado de S??o Paulo, onde atuam os professores coordenadores do n??cleo pedag??gico, os formadores de formadores. Sistema constante e din??mico, que perdura por toda a vida, a forma????o docente coloca em destaque o reconhecimento do saber profissional e pessoal gerado pelos professores em seus cen??rios cotidianos de trabalho. Assim, o formador ?? um sujeito que encara obst??culos, que se exp??e a riscos, que se encontra dividido entre seus receios e seus intentos, subordinado a seu ju??zo e percep????o. A autora, atuando neste espa??o como professora coordenadora de arte prop??s um processo de forma????o para os formadores mediados pela est??tica. Os aportes te??ricos para a fundamenta????o deste trabalho basearam-se na revis??o bibliogr??fica pertinente aos campos da arte, est??tica, educa????o e na forma????o docente.
