The dynamism of the business environment allows projects to drive changes in Organizations. In this context, the themes of Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Digital Transformation (DT) have gained relevance, but there are still gaps on how the connection between them occurs in terms of theoretical and practical fields, especially in the context of projects. Thus, this thesis aims to propose a method for diagnosing organizational entrepreneurship, the degree of innovation and the maturity of digital transformation in projectified organizations. The thesis structure was adopted for multiple and interconnected studies, totaling three interrelated studies, guided by the Design Science Research (DSR) methodology. The first study, with a theoretical approach, identified the factors that constitute innovative entrepreneurship, through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), resulting in the integrative conceptual framework on innovative entrepreneurship. In the second study, also theoretical, the interactions between entrepreneurship, projects and digital transformation were identified, using RSL, which revealed four classifications that provide insights for practices in projects in the digital transformation environment, namely: Conceptual, Technologies and Usability, Corporate Innovation and Education. These two studies were the basis for identifying the problem and defining the objective of the DSR. The subsequent stages of the DSR, development, demonstration and evaluation, were developed in study 3, which began with the identification of the problem in an empirical context, through semi-structured interviews. Next, an instrument was developed to collect data on organizational entrepreneurship, degree of innovation and maturity of digital transformation in projectified companies, which was evaluated by seven companies and two academics, totaling eleven rounds. Data from the seven companies were then collected through interviews with executives. Based on the data resulting from study 3, a corporate diagnosis method was developed (artifact resulting from the thesis). The artifact “EiTD Corporate Diagnostics” is considered a non-patentable process. This thesis contributes to the development of the theory, through the joint study of the three constructs. In a practical context, it contributes with the artifact to support decisions and strategic actions in projectified Organizations, aiming to boost the development of organizational entrepreneurship to generate innovations in organizational products/services and processes, promoting DT in the Organization.
