Resumo: This study aims to analyses the ONG/Escola management, its impasse concerning the students learning administration. The place where the study occurs is the ONG/Escola, localized at S??o Paulo??s east zone. The school administration is the study subject, and it brings to us some questions: how we can overcome an education model that is concerned with the results administration? How we can overcome a school administration which the main purpose is the meritocracy? How we can develop an educational purpose which the main administration purpose is the participation of all and the dialog? After the analyses, the aspect of a bureaucratic and management administration was established, therefore a dialogic management project was presented, it is according the Comunidades de Aprendizagem project (Learning Community project), that proposes to manage the school through dialog, in order to improve learning, promoting the dialogic participation in the learning management with all the scholar community. To do this, the study has two movements. The first one consist of the management analysis results that happened in the school, and the second consist of the first results from the ???new??? dialogical management, its references are the Habermas??s theory, concerning the communicative action concept, and Freire??s theory about dialogicity. This work was made using the critical communicative methodology, the main instruments to data collect were the observations and communicative reports, it involved the intersubjective analysis of them, and the official documents analysis that legalize the school. The dialogical process that was applied in ONG/Escola showed clearly that the school management, by recognizing the participants of its community, the school knowledge must be developed in support of rights equality, the possible world transformation and dialogic practice. A process that came with a viable and possible possibility, that implies in deals, negotiations, compromises, that lead to autonomy and emancipation.

El universo de la investigaci??n es la ONG / escuela, ubicada en la zona este de Sao Paulo. Con el objeto de estudio de la gesti??n escolar, esto plantea problematizaciones y cuestiones: c??mo superar un modelo educativo cuya gesti??n se dirige a los resultados de la gesti??n? ??C??mo superar una gesti??n escolar cuyo eje central es la meritocracia? ??C??mo desarrollar una propuesta educativa cuyo eje es la gesti??n de la participaci??n de todos y el di??logo? Despu??s del an??lisis, se constat?? la presencia de la gesti??n burocr??tica y administrativa, y se present?? a la escuela una propuesta de gesti??n dial??gica del proyecto se propone comunidades de aprendizaje que esta gesti??n se realiza a trav??s del di??logo, buscando de esta manera para aprender todo y promover la participaci??n en el aprendizaje dial??gico con la participaci??n de toda la comunidad escolar. Por lo tanto, esta investigaci??n tiene dos movimientos: el primero es el an??lisis de la gesti??n de los resultados que pas?? en la escuela, y la segunda en el an??lisis de los primeros resultados de la "nueva" gesti??n dial??gica, teniendo como referencia las elaboraciones te??ricas de Habermas como el concepto de acci??n comunicativa, y Freire en dialogicidad. Este trabajo se llev?? a cabo con el uso de la metodolog??a comunicativa cr??tica, las observaciones y los informes incluidos comunicativos como los principales instrumentos de recolecci??n de datos, que participan del an??lisis de estos documentos oficiales intersubjetivas y la legalizaci??n de la escuela. Reconociendo los actores en su comunidad, la gesti??n escolar, mediante la pr??ctica dial??gica, que tuvo lugar en la ONG / Escuela mostraron que el conocimiento necesita ser trabajado por la igualdad de derechos y la posible transformaci??n del mundo. . Un proceso que vio nacer, una posibilidad viable y factible que implica acuerdos, negociaciones, compromisos, lo que lleva a la autonom??a y la emancipaci??n.Esta pesquisa visa analisar a gest??o escolar de uma ONG/Escola, seu impasse em rela????o ?? gest??o da aprendizagem dos estudantes. O universo da pesquisa ?? a ONG/ Escola, localizada na Zona Leste da cidade de S??o Paulo. Tendo como objeto de estudo a gest??o escolar, esta suscita problematiza????es e quest??es: como superar um modelo de educa????o cuja gest??o se volta para a administra????o de resultados? Como superar uma gest??o escolar cujo eixo central ?? a meritocracia? Como desenvolver uma proposta educativa cujo eixo de gest??o seja a participa????o de todos e o di??logo? Ap??s an??lise, constatou-se a presen??a de gest??o burocr??tica e gerencial, sendo apresentada ?? escola uma proposta de gest??o dial??gica mediante o projeto Comunidades de Aprendizagem nele ?? proposto que esta gest??o seja feita atrav??s do di??logo, visando, desta forma, ?? aprendizagem de todos, e promovendo a participa????o dial??gica na aprendizagem com envolvimento de toda a comunidade escolar. Para tanto, esta pesquisa possui dois movimentos: o primeiro constitui-se na an??lise da gest??o de resultados que acontecia na escola, e o segundo na an??lise dos primeiros resultados da ???nova??? gest??o dial??gica, tendo como refer??ncias as elabora????es te??ricas de Habermas quanto ao conceito de a????o comunicativa, e as de Freire, sobre dialogicidade.
