Resumo: Bullying is a relatively recent term that has gained strength primarily in the educational setting to call situations involving depreciation practices of the human person, whether by physical characteristics, gender, race, social status, belief or any other kind of derogatory characterization. In remote times the motives that generated the so-called "mockery" or "joking" among children were commonplace and few people talked about it. Nowadays, with the advancement of society and especially of the Legislation aimed at the protection of the Child and Adolescent, systematic intimidation is not only punishable but also represents the very end in itself of a lack of respect for the similar. When thinking about Bullying through an "action ecology", the present work aims to give a view to the subject from its material condition: the way it occurs in School Institutions. In order to fulfill this objective, the collection of testimonies, the bibliographic review and the legislation pertinent to systematic intimidation were carried out. Through interviews with school mediators, this research aimed to observe how situations of repeated violence occur in the school environment, in the relationship between teachers and students and, in relation to the school mediator, how he positions himself in front of the delicate question. The schools chosen for this research are located in the Board of Education North 02, where all the reports were duly authorized by the interviewees. The results were very useful, because the statements presented by the mediators gave the contours of these eventual conflicts in the coexistence between teachers and students, so that, sometimes, the observed attitudes end up culminating in Bullying situations. It concludes that the repeated intimidation practiced by teachers is common, but must be seen under the light of all the complexity that surrounds the school environment, its power structure, the symbolic power established and the very aggressions suffered by the subjects of the action. In this conflictive environment, mediators play a key role in resolving incidents, mediation of conflicts and among all those involved in the educational process: school, students and community. Intervention at the beginning of conflicts helps to ensure that disagreements do not grow, where investment in prevention, in order to prevent such occurrences from taking on greater proportions, contributes to the improvement of the school microsystem and encourages a more humane and fuller education.

En tiempos remotos las motivaciones que generaban la llamada "burla" o "chasque" entre los ni??os eran corrientes y poco la gente hablaba sobre esa cuesti??n. En los d??as actuales, con el avance de la sociedad y, principalmente, de la Legislaci??n que apunta a la protecci??n del Ni??o y del Adolescente, la intimidaci??n sistem??tica no es s??lo pasible de castigo, sino que representa el propio fin en s?? mismo de la falta de respeto hacia lo similar. Al pensar en el Bullying a trav??s de una "ecolog??a de acci??n", el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo dar una visi??n al asunto a partir de su condici??n material: la forma como ocurre en las Instituciones Escolares. Para que ese objetivo pudiera ser cumplido fue realizada la recolecci??n de testimonios, la revisi??n bibliogr??fica y sobre la legislaci??n pertinente la intimidaci??n sistem??tica. Por medio de entrevistas con mediadores escolares esta investigaci??n pretendi?? observar c??mo ocurren las situaciones de violencia reiterada en el ambiente escolar, en la relaci??n entre profesores y alumnos y, en cuanto al mediador escolar, como ??l se posiciona frente a la tan delicada cuesti??n. Las escuelas elegidas para esta investigaci??n est??n ubicadas en la Direcci??n de Ense??anza Norte 02, donde todos los relatos fueron debidamente autorizados por los entrevistados. Los resultados fueron muy provechosos, pues los testimonios presentados por los mediadores dieron los contornos de esos eventuales conflictos en la convivencia entre profesores y alumnos, de modo que a veces las actitudes observadas acaban culminando en situaciones de Bullying. Concluye que la intimidaci??n reiterada practicada por los profesores es com??n, pero debe ser vista bajo la luz de toda la complejidad que envuelve el ambiente escolar, su estructura de poder, el poder simb??lico instaurado y las propias agresiones sufridas por los sujetos de la acci??n. En este ambiente conflictivo, los mediadores tienen un papel fundamental en la resoluci??n de los incidentes, la mediaci??n de conflictos y entre todos aquellos que involucran el proceso educativo: escuela, estudiantes y comunidad. La intervenci??n al inicio de los conflictos ayuda a que los desentendimientos no crezcan, donde tambi??n la inversi??n en la prevenci??n, a fin de evitar que tales ocurrencias ganen proporciones mayores, contribuye al perfeccionamiento del microsistema escolar y favorece una educaci??n m??s humana y plena.O Bullying ?? um termo relativamente recente e que ganhou for??a principalmente no cen??rio educacional para denominar situa????es que envolvem pr??ticas de deprecia????o da pessoa humana, seja por caracter??sticas f??sicas, g??nero, ra??a, condi????o social, cren??a ou qualquer outro tipo de caracteriza????o depreciativa. Em tempos remotos as motiva????es que geravam a chamada ???zombaria??? ou ???chacota??? entre as crian??as eram corriqueiras e pouco as pessoas falavam sobre essa quest??o. Nos dias atuais, com o avan??o da sociedade e, principalmente, da Legisla????o que visa ?? prote????o da Crian??a e do Adolescente, a intimida????o sistem??tica n??o ?? apenas pass??vel de puni????o, como tamb??m representa o pr??prio fim em si mesmo da falta de respeito para com o semelhante. Ao pensar no Bullying atrav??s de uma ???ecologia de a????o???, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo dar uma vis??o ao assunto a partir de sua condi????o material: a forma como ocorre nas Institui????es Escolares. Para que esse objetivo pudesse ser cumprido foi realizada a coleta de depoimentos, a revis??o bibliogr??fica e sobre a legisla????o pertinente ?? intimida????o sistem??tica. Por meio de entrevistas com mediadores escolares esta pesquisa pretendeu observar como ocorrem as situa????es de viol??ncia reiterada no ambiente escolar, na rela????o entre professores e alunos e, no tocante ao mediador escolar, como ele posiciona-se frente ?? t??o delicada quest??o. As escolas escolhidas para esta pesquisa est??o localizadas na Diretoria de Ensino Norte 02, onde todos os relatos foram devidamente autorizados pelos entrevistados. Os resultados foram muito proveitosos, pois os depoimentos apresentados pelos mediadores deram os contornos desses eventuais conflitos na conviv??ncia entre professores e alunos, de modo que, por vezes, as atitudes observadas acabam culminando em situa????es de Bullying. Conclui que a intimida????o reiterada praticada pelos professores ?? comum, mas deve ser vista sob a luz de toda a complexidade que envolve o ambiente escolar, a sua estrutura de poder, o poder simb??lico instaurado e as pr??prias agress??es sofridas pelos sujeitos da a????o. Neste ambiente conflituoso, os mediadores t??m um papel fundamental na resolu????o dos incidentes, na media????o de conflitos e entre todos aqueles que envolvem o processo educativo: escola, estudantes e comunidade.
