Indicadores de desempenho logístico: uma revisão integrativa da literatura

This research has prioritized the study of indicators of logistics performance in international publications. The overall objective was to identify and analyze key indicators of logistics performance found in foreign scientific publications available in the CAPES platform between the years 2008 to 2013 Specifically, we sought to define the descriptors from the references provided at the base of the journals portal CAPES; promote discussions on indicators of logistics performance and its convergence in the theoretical-conceptual and empirical field and finally identify and classify these scientific approaches on the main indicators of logistics performance articles. The theoretical contribution primarily of logistics performance indicators discussed in articles selected for the survey, all being of foreign origin. The methodological approach was used bibliometrics, an area that is dedicated to measure or quantify the production of books and other publications in order to cope with the problem proposed in this research, and among a universe of 150 articles, 95 were chosen that made the sample surveyed, all published between 2008 to 2013, from the database of the CAPES virtual platform. As for the results, five main indicators of logistics performance, as identified in descending order were found: cost (26%); reliability (21%), flexibility (20%), processes (17%) and delivery time (16%). Regarding the types of articles were classified according to the analysis approach: national (75%) and international approach (25%); the type of approach: empirical research (82%) theoretical research (18%); about the focus: financial (72%) and non-financial (28%); regarding the level of measurement: operating level (16%), tactical level (25%) and strategic level (59%).
