Advanced Analytics is the use of statistical techniques to answer questions or solve specific problems that is not enough for human analytics ability alone. Thus, using specialist algorithms and advanced statistical techniques, it becomes possible to predict situations and information. In this sense, advanced analytics means the level of use and dissemination of these techniques to achieve the company's goals and projects. Therefore, considering that the success of the company's projects is dependent on the analysis capacity for management, we can understand that there is a relationship between the analytical capacity for prediction and data processing with the success of the projects. Thus, the objective of this dissertation is to analyze and test the relationship between advanced analytics and project management in the Brazilian organizational context, also considering the perception of the company's level of digitalization. Therefore, it is evident that with the use of advanced statistical techniques such as identification and predictive algorithms, the organization will have a higher level of success and efficiency in its projects. As for the limitations of this research, it is considered that advanced analytics is a recent field of study, with few published articles, making the use of “grey zone” theories, that is, articles that have not been published in journals, necessary.
