Resumo: | The object of the research study is the research-training developed through reflective portfolios with teachers from a municipal school in Santo André. The research sought to answer the following questions: What is the effectiveness of the use of reflective portfolios in teachers' in-service continuing education, in order to promote reflection on knowledge, teaching practices and professional development? Does the degree of involvement and participation of teachers in this research-training process allow us to say that a collaborative practice is built? The general objective of this research is to carry out a research-training and analyze it, having as main support the production of the participants via reflective portfolios. We went through the research path in order to try to reach the specific objectives, such as: understand, identify and characterize the knowledge of the teachers of this unit and their professional training; provide a collaborative training that dialogues with the doings of the educational practices; understand and establish a logic of professional development with the teachers, making use of reflective portfolios. Eight meetings were held during the second semester of 2021, four of which were used by the teachers to read and study the literature agreed upon individually, and the other four meetings were used for collective discussion. The participants of the collaborative research-training were the pedagogical assistant and seven elementary school teachers, who made use of the reflective portfolios. There were also two school managers and two guest teachers, and it is important to emphasize that they all participated voluntarily, totaling twelve participants between the two instruments of analysis: the reflective portfolios and the transcriptions of the speeches. For the meetings, texts of international authors that deal with curriculum, teachers' professional development, teachers' knowledge, and educational practices were selected. The meetings were recorded and transcribed. The audios of the meetings were also a source of data analysis. The theoretical framework and the analysis categories are based on authors who talk about reflective portfolios, teacher education, curriculum, teaching knowledge, educational practices and professional development: Idália Sá Chaves, Patrícia Aparecida Bioto, Michel Young, Maurice Tardif, Phillippe Perrenoud, Claude Lessard, Antoni Zabala, Donald Schön, Luciana Maria Giovanni, António Sampaio da Nóvoa, Paulo Freire. As results, it can be pointed out that the research-training developed is an enhancer of a training model that proposes the school as a locus of continuing education, based on practices that place teachers as active subjects in the search for a collaborative, democratic and emancipating culture. |

La investigación pretendía responder a las siguientes preguntas: ¿Cuál es la eficacia del uso de portafolios reflexivos en la formación continua de los profesores, para promover la reflexión sobre los conocimientos, las prácticas docentes y el desarrollo profesional? El grado de implicación y participación de los profesores en este proceso de investigación-formación nos permite afirmar que se construye una práctica colaborativa... El objetivo general de la investigación es realizar una investigación-formación y analizarla, teniendo como soporte principal la producción de los participantes a través de portafolios reflexivos. Recorrimos el camino de la investigación para intentar alcanzar los objetivos específicos como: comprender, identificar y caracterizar los conocimientos de los profesores de la unidad y su formación profesional; proporcionar una formación colaborativa que dialogue con el hacer de las prácticas educativas; comprender y establecer una lógica de desarrollo profesional con los profesores, haciendo uso de portafolios reflexivos. Durante el segundo semestre de 2021 se celebraron ocho reuniones, cuatro de las cuales sirvieron para que los profesores leyeran y estudiaran la bibliografía acordada de forma individual, y las otras cuatro reuniones se utilizaron para el debate colectivo. Los participantes en la investigación-formación colaborativa fueron el asistente pedagógico y siete profesores de primaria, que hicieron uso de los portafolios reflexivos. También se contó con la presencia de dos directivos y dos profesores invitados, es importante destacar que todos participaron de manera voluntaria, sumando doce participantes entre los dos instrumentos de análisis: los portafolios reflexivos y las transcripciones de los discursos. Para los encuentros, se seleccionaron textos de autores internacionales que tratan sobre el currículo, el desarrollo profesional de los profesores, el conocimiento de los profesores y las prácticas educativas. Las reuniones fueron grabadas y transcritas. Los audios de las reuniones también fu eron una fuente de análisis de datos. La referencia teórica y las categorías de análisis se basan en autores que hablan de portafolios reflexivos, formación de profesores, currículo, conocimiento docente, prácticas educativas y desarrollo profesional: Idália Sá Chaves, Patrícia Aparecida Bioto, Michel Young, Maurice Tardif, Phillippe Perrenoud, Claude Lessard, Antoni Zabala, Donald Schön, Luciana Maria Giovanni, António Sampaio da Nóvoa, Paulo Freire. Como resultados, se puede señalar que la investigación-formación desarrollada es un potenciador de un modelo de formación que propone la escuela como locus de formación continua, a partir de prácticas que sitúan a los docentes como sujetos activos en la búsqueda de una cultura colaborativa, democrática y emancipadora.A pesquisa tem como objeto de estudo a pesquisa-formação desenvolvida por meio dos portfólios reflexivos com professores de uma escola municipal de Santo André. A pesquisa buscou responder as seguintes questões: Qual a efetividade do uso dos portfólios reflexivos na formação continuada em serviço de professores, de modo a promover uma reflexão sobre os saberes, as práticas docentes e o desenvolvimento profissional? O grau de envolvimento e participação dos professores nesse processo de pesquisa-formação permite afirmar que se constrói uma prática colaborativa? O objetivo geral da pesquisa está em, concomitantemente, levar a efeito uma pesquisa- formação e analisá-la, tendo como principal suporte a produção dos participantes via portfólios reflexivos. Percorremos o caminho da pesquisa, a fim de tentar atingir os objetivos específicos organizados tais como: compreender, identificar e caracterizar os saberes dos docentes da referida unidade e sua formação profissional; propiciar uma formação colaborativa que dialogue com os fazeres das práticas educativas; entender e estabelecer uma lógica de desenvolvimento profissional com os professores, fazendo uso dos portfólios reflexivos. Foram realizados oito encontros durante o segundo semestre de 2021, sendo que os professores utilizaram quatro deles para ler e estudar a literatura acordada, de maneira individual, e nos outros quatro encontros foram realizados os momentos de discussão coletiva. Os participantes da pesquisa-formação colaborativa foram a assistente pedagógica e sete professores do ensino fundamental, que fizeram uso dos portfólios reflexivos. Houve também a presença de duas gestoras e dois professores convidados, sendo importante ressaltar que todos participaram de maneira voluntária, totalizando doze pessoas participantes entre os dois instrumentos de análise: os portfólios reflexivos e as transcrições das falas. Para os encontros, foram selecionados textos de autores internacionais que tratam de currículo, desenvolvimento profissional docente, saberes docentes e as práticas educativas. Os encontros foram gravados e transcritos. Os áudios dos encontros também foram fonte de dados de análise. O referencial teórico e as categorias de análise fundamentam-se em autores que falam sobre portfólios reflexivos, formação de professores, currículo, saberes docentes, práticas educativas e desenvolvimento profissional: Idália Sá Chaves, Patrícia Aparecida Bioto, Michel Young, Maurice Tardif, Phillippe Perrenoud, Claude Lessard, Antoni Zabala, Donald Schön, Luciana Maria Giovanni, António Sampaio da Nóvoa, Paulo Freire. There were also two school managers and two guest teachers, and it is important to emphasize that they all participated voluntarily, totaling twelve participants between the two instruments of analysis: the reflective portfolios and the transcriptions of the speeches. For the meetings, texts of international authors that deal with curriculum, teachers' professional development, teachers' knowledge, and educational practices were selected. The meetings were recorded and transcribed. The audios of the meetings were also a source of data analysis. The theoretical framework and the analysis categories are based on authors who talk about reflective portfolios, teacher education, curriculum, teaching knowledge, educational practices and professional development: Idália Sá Chaves, Patrícia Aparecida Bioto, Michel Young, Maurice Tardif, Phillippe Perrenoud, Claude Lessard, Antoni Zabala, Donald Schön, Luciana Maria Giovanni, António Sampaio da Nóvoa, Paulo Freire. As results, it can be pointed out that the research-training developed is an enhancer of a training model that proposes the school as a locus of continuing education, based on practices that place teachers as active subjects in the search for a collaborative, democratic and emancipating culture. |
