This research contributes to the analysis of the space through the case study of the city of Ribeirão Preto, taking as its starting point the metamorphosis of living space and the resulting effects of this on the Urban Landscape in the city occurred in the first decade of this century. Has as aid the Architecture and Urbanism in order to make the town look wider, using the reading of private space, told through the evolution of house plan from the colonial period in Brazil until the buildings and Condominium Closed today. It is understood that the reading of the living space can contribute to the enrichment of the study area and the rapid transformation of the urban landscapes are undergoing today in Brazil. As a product series, the living space has been built in large cities in high scale and with a rapidity hitherto not witnessed in our country. A dialogue between architecture and geography with the law is carried out. The intersection between the three sciences enables an understanding of society as a whole, from the administrative to the citizen, as organizers and users of space. Accordingly, as a method, it was decided by the application of an empirical study, because the presentation of photos and iconographic material are significant in supporting the analysis of architects, geographers and lawyers who argue the city today. Therefore, the goal of research is to analyze the monopolistic production of the city of Ribeirão Preto, from your primary agent is the property market
