Resumo: Latin American literature has become an important place of memory to reflect on the military dictatorships that marked the countries in this region. This discourse is filled with cracks in a history that is still in the process of being prepared and that demands the creation of new possibilities for rebuilding the past. There is a glimpse of a post-dictatorial generation of writers who were brought up under the dictatorship and who resist the official discourse of oppression. This research seeks to reflect on the poetic-literary devices they betake in Patricio Pron's O espírito dos meus pais continua a subir na chuva (2018) and Julián Fuks' A Resistência (2015) as ways of resistance. The proposed answer is that the works resist for the strategy of autofiction and potency as the presence of deprivation in the discourse gaps. To Pron's novel, add the anarchiving, which disintegrates the archive. In Fuks, the work is conceived through an invented memory, interspersed with events supported by reality. The research carried out here has as theoretical presuppositions the studies of Raul Antelo and Márcio Seligmann-Silva regarding the anarchiving, as well as Diana Klinger's reflections on autofiction literary works and Giorgio Agamben's assumptions regarding potency. The final considerations show that both novels confirm the raised hypothesis, showing they resist through the devices of autofiction, potency, anarchiving and fictionalization of memory

Esse discurso é constituído por fendas de uma história ainda em via de elaboração e que demanda a criação de novas possibilidades de reconstrução do passado. Vislumbra-se uma geração pós-ditatorial de escritores que viveram a sua infância na ditadura e que resistem ao discurso oficial de opressão. Esta pesquisa busca refletir acerca dos dispositivos poético-literários de que lançam mão O espírito dos meus pais continua a subir na chuva (2018), de Patricio Pron, e A Resistência (2015), de Julián Fuks, como modos de resistência. A resposta proposta é a de que as obras resistem pela estratégia da autoficção e da potência como presença da privação nas lacunas do discurso. Acrescentese, no romance de Pron, a atividade de anarquivamento, que desintegra o arquivo. Em Fuks, a obra é concebida por meio de uma memória inventada, intercalada com eventos apoiados no real. A pesquisa aqui realizada tem como pressupostos teóricos os estudos de Raul Antelo e Márcio Seligmann-Silva a propósito da atividade de anarquivamento, as reflexões de Diana Klinger acerca das estratégias literárias de autoficção e os pressupostos de Giorgio Agamben a respeito de potência.
