Resumo: The present research aimed to analyze the genesis, development and contribution of the “Centro de Visitação Assistida (CEVAT)” - unique in this category in the whole country-since its foundation in the hall of “Foro João Mendes” until the consolidation as a public service provided by “Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de São Paulo (TJSP)”. For the realization of this work, it was selected social workers and psychologists employed in the “Foros” of the capital and the metropolitan region to monitor the visits between non-custodial parents and children and teenagers in personal, social and rights violation risk. The motivation to investigate CEVAT’s social-historic path relates to inquires about the factors that lead to the maintenance of a service which presented precarious work conditions, changes to improvised and inadequate locations to receive families and the lack of training to qualify the professional work. In addition, it is practically nonexistent scientific production held by Social Work about the theme supervised visitation, although social workers have been working on this procedure since 1960. For the unveiling of the object, the study was structured in two chapters, besides the introduction and the conclusion, which contains the analysis of the elements of the socialhistorical formation of the family, based on the theoretical scope about the judicialization of family relationships, having as main demands in the lawsuits the divorces (characterized by high conflitc divorce) and three types of violence (domestic, sexual abuse and parental alienation). Such situations directly affects the children and teenagers’ right to familiar and communitarian environment and reveal the demand for supervised visitation in which it has been gaining visibility in the debate carried out by the “Sociojurídico”. Therefore, the socialhistorical retrieve of CEVAT’s 57 years was systematized, in order to understand the reasons for its solid institucional rooting, as well as to obtain knowledge about the meanings of the professional work done by social workers. The methodology adopted was based on documentary research of provisions, regulations and legislation that refer to CEVAT and the execution of semi-structured interviews with professionals who worked on the three phases of the service’s restatement (1991, 2006 e 2017) and experienced the demands for better work conditions, represented by “AASPTJ-SP”, the supervision of the “Núcleo de Apoio Profissional aos Assistentes Sociais e Psicólogos da Coordenadoria da Infância e Juventude do TJSP” and contributions of the two coordinating judges that argued polemics conditions, being one in favor and the other against maintaining the service. It was possible to conclude that the institution attended the requests for the improvement of the material conditions and technical work supervision, currently having an excellent infrastructure that meets safety and surveillance regulations. However, the improvement of the social worker’s professional intervention in the procedure of the supervised visitation remains without corresponding to the theoretical and methodological foundations of the profession

It was possible to conclude that the institution attended the requests for the improvement of the material conditions and technical work supervision, currently having an excellent infrastructure that meets safety and surveillance regulations. However, the improvement of the social worker’s professional intervention in the procedure of the supervised visitation remains without corresponding to the theoretical and methodological foundations of the professionA presente pesquisa objetivou analisar a gênese, desenvolvimento e contribuição do Centro de Visitação Assistida (CEVAT) – único nessa modalidade em todo o país – desde a origem no saguão do Foro Central “João Mendes Júnior” até a consolidação enquanto serviço público prestado pelo Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de São Paulo (TJSP). Para a realização desse trabalho são selecionados assistentes sociais e psicólogos/as lotados/as nos Foros da capital e Região Metropolitana, com a finalidade de monitorar as visitas entre familiares não guardiões e crianças e adolescentes em situações de risco pessoal, social e de violação de direitos. A motivação para investigar o percurso sócio-histórico do CEVAT relaciona-se às indagações sobre os fatores que levaram à manutenção de um serviço que apresentava condições de trabalho precárias, mudanças para locais improvisados e inadequados para receber as famílias e a ausência de capacitação para qualificar o trabalho profissional. Além disso, é praticamente inexistente a produção científica realizada pelo Serviço Social sobre o tema da visita assistida, embora assistentes sociais trabalhem neste procedimento desde 1960. Para o desvendamento do objeto, o estudo foi estruturado em dois capítulos, além da introdução e da conclusão, que contém a análise dos elementos da formação sócio-histórica das famílias, com base no escopo teórico sobre a judicialização das relações familiares, tendo como principais demandas nas ações judiciais os divórcios (caracterizados pelo alto litígio) e três tipos de violência (doméstica, abuso sexual e alienação parental). Tais situações afetam diretamente o direito à convivência familiar e comunitária de crianças e adolescentes e desvelam a demanda por visita protegida (assistida) na qual vem ganhando visibilidade no debate realizado pela área Sociojurídica. Assim, o resgate sócio-histórico dos 57 anos do CEVAT foi sistematizado, a fim de compreender as razões de seu sólido enraizamento institucional, bem como, obter conhecimento sobre os significados do trabalho profissional realizado por assistentes sociais. A metodologia adotada teve como base a pesquisa documental dos provimentos, normativas e legislação que referenciam o CEVAT e a realização de entrevistas semiestruturadas com sujeitos que vivenciaram as três fases de reformulação do serviço (1991, 2006 e 2017), respectivamente, com destaque para reivindicações por melhores condições de trabalho, representadas pela AASPTJ-SP, pela assessoria do Núcleo de Apoio Profissional aos Assistentes Sociais e Psicólogos da Coordenadoria da Infância e Juventude do TJSP, e contribuições de duas juízas coordenadoras que defenderam posições diferentes, sendo uma a favor e a outra contra a manutenção do serviço. Foi possível concluir que a instituição atendeu às reinvindicações de melhoria das condições materiais e das supervisões técnicas de trabalho, contando atualmente com uma estrutura física excelente para atender as normativas de segurança e vigilância. No entanto, o aprimoramento dos fundamentos teóricos e metodológicos do trabalho profissional do/a assistente social no procedimento da visita assistida permanece ainda não contempladoCoordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPESapplication/pdfhttp://tede2.pucsp.br/tede/retrieve/53467/Luciana%20Prates%20Cordeiro.pdf.jpgporPontifícia Universidade Católica de São PauloPrograma de Estudos Pós-Graduados em Serviço SocialPUC-SPBrasilFaculdade de Ciências SociaisVisita assistidaCentro de Visitação AssistidaServiço social com a famíliaSupervised visitationVisitation CenterFamily social workCNPQ::CIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::SERVICO SOCIALO Centro de Visitação Assistida “CEVAT-TJSP” na perspectiva do trabalho de assistentes sociaisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessreponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações da PUC_SPinstname:Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP)instacron:PUC_SPTEXTLuciana Prates Cordeiro.pdf.txtLuciana Prates Cordeiro.pdf.txtExtracted texttext/plain409526https://repositorio.pucsp.br/xmlui/bitstream/handle/23561/4/Luciana%20Prates%20Cordeiro.pdf.txtcbfc6e26448941925436a9eb515b3d8bMD54LICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
