Resumo: | The objective of this thesis is to understand the political thought of the condition of black people from the ideas of the Brazilian educator and social scientist, Manuel Querino, about the role of black people in Brazil; based on the bibliographic research related to the structure of the work: The Human Condition, by the German political scientist, naturalized North American Hannah Arendt. Thinking about the role of black people in the context of the Afro-diasporic condition, refers to the fight against the ideology of races, racism and racial prejudice in contemporary times against black people, which in itself, becomes self-evident the justification of anti -racist actions in the public spheres. and private. The work has as a hypothesis the assertion that black people in the condition of enslaved, after being freed as ex-enslaved and excluded socially, economically and politically by racism and racial prejudice, do not have their role recognized. And, for that, the actions of black people can, when recognized, consolidate the anti-racist struggle. The methodological aspects come from bibliographic research in the light of phenomenology and comprehensive sociology, based on: Arendt, Querino and authors of negritude. The work will contribute to the clarification of the debate about the ideology of races, racism and racial prejudice against blacks. This fact will society to have more foundational elements, regarding the clarification of the equity of species, above all, a starting point to lead the importance of life and care for planet Earth |

This fact will society to have more foundational elements, regarding the clarification of the equity of species, above all, a starting point to lead the importance of life and care for planet EarthO objetivo desta Tese visa compreender a partir do pensamento político a condição do negro tendo como referência as ideias do educador e cientista social, brasileiro, Manuel Querino, acerca do protagonismo do negro no Brasil; e como base a pesquisa bibliográfica relacionada à estrutura da obra: A Condição Humana, da cientista política alemã, naturalizada norte-americana Hannah Arendt. Pensar o protagonismo do negro no contexto da condição afrodiásporica, remete a luta contra à ideologia das raças, do racismo e do preconceito racial vigente na contemporaneidade contra o negro, que por si só, se torna auto evidente a justificativa de ações antirracistas nas esferas pública e privada. O trabalho possui como hipótese a assertiva de que o negro na condição de escravizado, depois de liberto como ex-escravizado e excluído social, econômica e politicamente pelo racismo e pelo preconceito racial, não tem o seu protagonismo reconhecido. E, que para tanto, as ações do negro podem, quando reconhecidas, consolidar a luta antirracista. Os aspectos metodológicos advém das pesquisas bibliográficas à luz da fenomenologia e da sociologia compreensiva, com base em: Arendt, Querino e autores da negritude. O trabalho irá contribuir para o esclarecimento do debate acerca da ideologia das raças, do racismo e do preconceito racial contra os negros.
