The present study had as its general aim to analyze the digital media in the children's universe, seeking to understand how they influence the formation of our children. The theoretical foundation was based on the contribution of authors addressing childhood and digital media concepts. Studies were carried out on works that discuss the culture of childhood as well as references that point out that we no longer live today in a disciplinary society, but rather in a society in times of Biopolitics, i.e., a power exercised over human life, generating a new political technology as a form of massification and domination. This power interferes with human behavior, including that of children, and stands for an economic, political, and social problem. This situation has been aggravated by the suspension of school classes due to the social isolation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The idea is corroborated by the use of emergency remote access by early childhood education schools that directly impacted children's relationships with digital technologies. The specific aims of this research were to analyze digital media in the children's universe, seeking to understand the narratives that influence the formation of children; to propose ways for the production of digital media aimed at children based on the recognition of diversity, equality, and inclusion; and to expand the repertoire of practices that enable children's engagement with media language. The study also sought to analyze the use of the internet and connected applications for children's data collection. The analysis of these specificities aimed to reflect on the limits and risks of this data collection, which can be available for manipulation by any individual, using machines or not, from their homes or institutions. The methodology applied was qualitative, with empirical data collection through fieldwork, including ethnography with children, to encourage their participation. In this context, topics such as childhood culture, digital media, and society of control were discussed. This study is expected to reflect on the need for a protection network to promote children's rights, the conscious use of digital media in childhood, and the search for a more humanized digital culture
