Resumo: The increasing population index of aging, both as nationally as globally, brings about a significant change in the social, economic and educational context, and this includes innumerable phenomena that require in-depth studies, allowing, in this sense, the construction of new knowledge and understanding of reality current. This research has as general objective: to analyze the educational policies of professional formation, identifying articulations with the age diversity and the reality of the labor market, characterizing the conceptions of professionals who act as managers in the business segment and people with 50 years +, from the state of Mato Grosso. The perception of gaps in intersectoral policies around the aging process, with regard to education, resulted in the problem that motivated this research, raising the following questions: What is the concept of age diversity contained in public policies on vocational training? What is the relationship between curriculum, professional training and age protagonism? Such questions converge to the assumption that, in Brazil, education is conceived differently in relation to life cycles, which justifies the research carried out. Vocational training policies, in particular, do not include deliberations on age diversity and its relationship with reality in the labor market. Our investigative process has a qualitative approach, with bibliographic research, document analysis and field research as procedures. The theoretical framework used is, essentially, characterized by fundamentals in the areas of education, population aging, public policies and the curriculum. Our empirical study included interviews with semi-structured scripts. The research subjects are professional managers who work in the business area and people aged 50+. The results reinforce the concept of the negative stereotype in relation to people aged 50 + in the work environment and in the labor market. Another factor identified was the active protagonism of this age group in relation to work. It was also found that there was no articulation between the dimensions of the professional training policy and the curriculum, in addition to the fragmentation of the training process, which denies the age equity among people, due to the specificities that support the interests of the market

It was also found that there was no articulation between the dimensions of the professional training policy and the curriculum, in addition to the fragmentation of the training process, which denies the age equity among people, due to the specificities that support the interests of the marketO crescente índice de envelhecimento populacional, tanto na esfera nacional quanto mundial, opera significativa mudança no contexto social, econômico e educacional, e isso inclui inúmeros fenômenos que carecem de estudos aprofundados, oportunizando, nesse sentido, a construção de novos conhecimentos e compreensão da realidade atual. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo geral: analisar as políticas educacionais de formação profissional, identificando articulações com a diversidade etária e a realidade do mercado de trabalho, caracterizando concepções de profissionais que atuam como gestores no segmento empresarial e de pessoas com 50 anos+, do estado de Mato Grosso. A percepção de lacunas de políticas intersetoriais em torno do processo de envelhecimento, no que diz respeito à educação, resultou no problema motivador desta pesquisa, suscitando-nos os seguintes questionamentos: Qual a concepção de diversidade etária contida nas políticas públicas de formação profissional? Qual a relação entre currículo, formação profissional e protagonismo etário? Tais questões convergem para o pressuposto de que, no Brasil, a educação é concebida diferenciadamente em relação aos ciclos de vida, o que justifica a investigação realizada. As políticas de formação profissional, em particular, não contemplam deliberações sobre a diversidade etária e a sua relação com a realidade no mercado de trabalho. O processo investigativo é de abordagem qualitativa, tendo como procedimentos a pesquisa bibliográfica, análise documental e a pesquisa de campo. O referencial teórico utilizado caracteriza-se, essencialmente, por fundamentos das áreas da educação, da política, do envelhecimento populacional e do currículo. O estudo empírico incluiu a realização de entrevistas com roteiros semiestruturados. Os sujeitos da pesquisa são profissionais gestores que atuam na área empresarial e pessoas com 50 anos+. Os resultados reforçam a concepção do estereótipo negativo em relação às pessoas com 50 anos+ no ambiente de trabalho e no mercado de trabalho. Outro fator identificado foi o protagonismo ativo desse segmento etário em relação ao trabalho. Constatou-se também a inexistência da articulação entre as dimensões da política de formação profissional e currículo, além da fragmentação do processo formativo, que nega a equidade etária entre as pessoas, em função das especificidades que sustentam os interesses do mercadoConselho Nacional de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico - CNPqapplication/pdfhttp://tede2.pucsp.br/tede/retrieve/53526/Eliz%c3%a2ngela%20Farias%20de%20Oliveira.pdf.jpgporPontifícia Universidade Católica de São PauloPrograma de Estudos Pós-Graduados em Educação: CurrículoPUC-SPBrasilFaculdade de EducaçãoEducação e EstadoCurrículo e humanizaçãoFormação profissionalEducation and stateCurriculum and humanizationOccupational trainingCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::EDUCACAO::CURRICULOPolíticas educacionais de formação profissional: diversidade etária e mercado de trabalhoEducational professional training policies: age diversity and the labor marketinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessreponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações da PUC_SPinstname:Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP)instacron:PUC_SPTEXTElizângela Farias de Oliveira.pdf.txtElizângela Farias de Oliveira.pdf.txtExtracted texttext/plain269652https://repositorio.pucsp.br/xmlui/bitstream/handle/23579/4/Eliz%c3%a2ngela%20Farias%20de%20Oliveira.pdf.txtaee5156208e84e0d67ffa4bc8095398eMD54LICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
