Resumo: The objective of this study was to investigate heterosexual men between the ages of 20 and 60, living in the city of São Paulo and the city‟s metropolitan area, the Greater São Paulo, to know which values and beliefs are underlying the attitudes and behaviors considered as male chauvinists, which are still present in man of today, with so many sociocultural changes of Post-modernity. To obtain the data, the Google Form tool was used, which provides the online questionnaire, with 100% confidentiality of responses. The questionnaire was elaborated with 26 questions, 11 questions to identify the profile and 15 questions related to the theme which were separated into four categories: Family, Work, Sexuality and Health and Well-being and an open question as an optional answer: "How do you see yourself as a man today?". Based on the responses of the 235 participants, a quantitative network analysis was performed and 108 participants answered the optional question that has produced a qualitative analysis of the construction of meaning. Chauvinistic behavior was observed in the category of Sexuality and Work and also in the category Health and Well-being in which this man has his male and gender role defined, while in the open question a man in changes was perceived, seeking to accept and adapt himself to Post-Modernity

Para obtenção dos dados, foi utilizado a ferramenta Formulário Google, que disponibiliza o questionário online, com 100% de sigilo das respostas. O questionário foi elaborado com 27 questões, sendo 11 questões para identificação do perfil e 15 questões relativas ao tema, as quais foram separadas em quatro categorias: Família, Trabalho, Sexualidade e Saúde e Bem-estar e 1 questão em aberta como opcional para responder: “Como você se vê como homem hoje?”. A partir das respostas dos 235 participantes que responderam ao questionário, foi feita uma análise de rede quantitativa e 108 participantes responderam à pergunta opcional e que se elaborou uma análise qualitativa da construção do significado.
