Resumo: Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is the most common childhood disorder, which affects about 2.7% -31.1% of this population, also affecting about 4% of the adult population. Considering the social and educational losses that result from the disorder, it was necessary to recognize conditions that determine and alter their characteristic behaviors, with animal research being one of the strategies for producing knowledge about this condition. This research aimed to review the literature on the subject, based on the search for articles on animal models of TDHA developed with spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). The search was carried out in national and international journals, from 1999 to 2019, with research selected that met the criteria of 1) using SHR rats, 2) being experimental and 3) using procedures and concepts from the Behavior Analysis area. As a result of the search, 19 articles were selected, investigating different behaviors of the so-called symptomatic triad of TDHA; namely: impulsivity, inattention and hyperactivity. The articles were classified for their interest in producing data that would allow validating the animal model of TDHA with SHR rats, or for their interest in the intervention (behavioral and / or medication) of the disorder. Behavioral similarities were identified that indicate the model's face validity, requiring further studies to increase the reliability of its predictive and construct validity. Few studies in the present sample have proposed the use of typical behavior analysis concepts, so most of them discussed the effects of manipulated variables, through mediationist interpretations

Few studies in the present sample have proposed the use of typical behavior analysis concepts, so most of them discussed the effects of manipulated variables, through mediationist interpretationsO transtorno de déficit de atenção e hiperatividade (TDAH) é o transtorno infantil mais comum, que atinge cerca de 2,7%-31,1% dessa população, atingindo também cerca de 4% da população adulta. Considerando os prejuízos sociais e educacionais que advém do transtorno, fez-se necessária o reconhecimento de condições que determinem e alteram seus comportamentos característicos, sendo a pesquisa animal uma das estratégias de produção de conhecimento acerca dessa condição. A presente pesquisa propôs-se a revisar a literatura acerca do tema, a partir da busca por artigos sobre modelos animais do TDHA desenvolvido com ratos espontaneamente hipertensivo (SHR). A busca foi realizada em periódicos nacionais e internacionais, no período de 1999 a 2019, sendo selecionadas pesquisas que atendessem aos critérios de 1) utilizarem ratos SHR, 2) serem experimentais e 3) utilizarem de procedimentos e conceitos da área da Análise do Comportamento. Como resultado da busca foram selecionados 19 artigos, que investigavam diferentes comportamentos da chamada tríade sintomatológica do TDHA; a saber: impulsividade, desatenção e hiperatividade. Os artigos foram classificados por seu interesse em produzir dados que permitissem validar o modelo animal de TDHA com ratos SHR, ou por seu interesse na intervenção (comportamental e/ou medicamentosa) do transtorno. Foram identificadas semelhanças comportamentais que indicam a validade de face do modelo, sendo necessários novos estudos que aumentem a confiabilidade sobre sua validade preditiva e de construto. Poucos estudos da presente amostra propuseram a utilização de conceitos típicos da Análise do comportamento, assim a maior parte discutiu os efeitos das variáveis manipuladas, por meio de interpretações mediacionistasapplication/pdfhttp://tede2.pucsp.br/tede/retrieve/52147/Gabriel%20Augusto%20A%20Portella.pdf.jpgporPontifícia Universidade Católica de São PauloPrograma de Estudos Pós-Graduados em Psicologia Experimental: Análise do ComportamentoPUC-SPBrasilFaculdade de Ciências Humanas e da SaúdeRatos como animais de laboratórioDistúrbio do déficit de atenção com hiperatividadeTDAHSHRRats as laboratory animalsAttention-deficit hyperactivity disorderSpontaneously hypertensive ratsCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::PSICOLOGIA::PSICOLOGIA EXPERIMENTALRevisão bibliográfica de artigos com ratos espontaneamente hipertensivos (SHR) em pesquisas de modelo animal de TDAHinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessreponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações da PUC_SPinstname:Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP)instacron:PUC_SPTEXTGabriel Augusto A Portella.pdf.txtGabriel Augusto A Portella.pdf.txtExtracted texttext/plain224590https://repositorio.pucsp.br/xmlui/bitstream/handle/23164/4/Gabriel%20Augusto%20A%20Portella.pdf.txtb8b0dd86e7820881d1a63fd36c933819MD54LICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
