O direito e o avesso: psicanálise e a exceção necropolítica na intersetorialidade

Resumo: | How to sustain the psychoanalytic discourse in the field of intersectoriality? In order to reach this question, it was necessary that we follow a certain path. We chose some points of stop in the trajectory of this research, such as the concept of State, state of exception and necropolitics. We understand that it is essential to take into account the fact that in the search for the guarantee of rights, professionals in the social assistance field are often faced with their opposite side: the necropolitical exception. This is because the relationship between the State and the state of exception is Moebian. We saw that intersectoriality is an important strategy in combating certain effects of the bureaucracy (of university discourse’s) and the policy of the One (of the discourse of the master). In order to operate this function effectivelly, it is necessary to produce discursive turns. The discursive turn produced by the discourse of the analyst can contribute to this function of stopping the violation of rights (of the necropolitical exception) and fragmenting the power imposed by the policy of the One. In this way, we can outline the proposal that one of the analyst's functions in the intersectoral field is to introduce the discourse of the analyst and include, through the act, temporal scansions in the field of decisions |

Para chegarmos a essa questão foi necessário que percorrêssemos um determinado caminho. Elegemos alguns pontos de parada na trajetória desta pesquisa, tais como o conceito de Estado, de estado de exceção e de necropolítica. Entendemos que é fundamental que se leve em consideração o fato de que na busca pela garantia dos direitos, frequentemente, os profissionais do campo socioassistencial se deparam com o seu avesso: a exceção necropolítica. Isso ocorre porque a relação entre Estado de Direito e estado de exceção é moebiana. Vimos que a intersetorialidade é uma importante estratégia no combate a certos efeitos da burocracia do discurso universitário e à política do Um do discurso do mestre. Para que essa função opere efetivamente é necessário que se produzam giros discursivos. Os giros discursivos produzidos pelo discurso do analista podem contribuir com essa função de barrar a violação de direitos (da exceção necropolítica) e fragmentar o poder que se impõe pelas políticas do Um.
