A pesquisa constata que a realidade cultural daquele município se encontra em processo de mudanças significativas, este mas elas não implicam, necessariamente, em conseqüências que apontem para o fim das tradições religiosas no município, pois as mesmas são híbridas e, ao mesmo tempo em que se transformam, preservam seus fundamentos mais valiosos.
