This thesis has sought to discuss the new ideo-cultural expressions of contemporary capitalism, having as an objective the analysis of entrepreneurial speech and its relationship to the Social Service, aiming to point out the main mediations among them, whose incidences are noted in the specific bibliographical formation and production regarding the theme. In this sense, it was sought to comprehend the reproduction of this speech among the university environment and its relationship to the expansion of educational conglomerates. And, being an ideo-cultural expression, analyses regarding ideology in contemporaneity were carried out, as well as the introjection of postmodern speech in academic environment. Aiming to demonstrate the historical construction of a critical perspective in the profession, in contrast with the neoconservative directions, it was also sought to expatiate on the Movement of Brazilian Social Service Renewal, especially the aspect called Break Intention. In order to unveil the contemporary ideo-cultural expressions, a bibliographical research was carried out with regard to the authors who analyse the contradictions of contemporary society and to materials available on the Internet, as well as to authors who postulate entrepreneurial speech. Aiming to identify in which social service courses there are disciplines related to entrepreneurship, a survey was performed on the courses and their respective timetables in greater São Paulo, also in order to know which authors are reference to the speech of social service entrepreneurship. From the performed research, mainly by the contact established with sources of entrepreneurial speech, it was possible to recognize that entrepreneurship has emerged from a precarious labour context, being presented as an alternative to unemployment, which worsens itself from neoliberalism and can be justified by the relativism of postmodern speech, also immersed in a globalized and neoliberal context. Entrepreneurship as a contemporary ideo-cultural expression is reproduced in almost every superior courses allocated in the new educational conglomerates, expanding the idea of solution to social problems from individual/behavioural changes, solving, supposedly, even unemployment
