Resumo: | This dissertation is the result of a qualitative research of the case study type, carried out between the years 2020 and 2021, in the context of a global pandemic, of covid-19. In this way, the explicit results were aimed to identify the comprehension attributed to inclusion by the Marist Network, as well as the guidelines related to inclusive processes, according to institutional documents, describe and analyze the actions that characterize the work of professionals at Col?gio Marista Ros?rio who work in inclusive processes at school, understanding how these members articulate themselves when conducting work, explore how institutional, technical, interpersonal and subjective aspects influence the formation of a transdisciplinary performance when conducting inclusive processes, specifically analyzing the role of Educational Advisors in the articulation of teamwork. In order to achieve its intention, it was decided to carry out a State of Knowledge, aiming to seek studies on the themes, contributing to the construction of the theoretical framework and evidencing the originality and social relevance of the research. This dissertation addresses theoretical frameworks related to the themes of Inclusion and Transdisciplinarity and details the stages of the research carried out. The data collected through the analysis of institutional documents and a survey - exploratory research - were analyzed through the assumptions of Lawrence Bardin?s Content Analysis (2011), which served as a foundation for the construction of an analytical grid, which gave rise to a new survey, containing statements classified by degree of agreement (Lickert?s Scale). From the result analysis, it was noticed that the elements pointed out by the professionals, can be facilitators or constraint for the transdisciplinary performance in teams, being directly related to the personal and institutional placement, with regard to personal openness, interpersonal relationships, professional maturity and institutional hierarchy, that can be explored if the purpose is to seek a more inclusive and less excluding school culture. |

Desta forma, os resultados explicitados tiveram como objetivo investigar os principais elementos facilitadores e limitadores para uma atua??o transdisciplinar com vistas ? promo??o dos processos inclusivos, no contexto dos Anos Iniciais de uma escola regular de Educa??o B?sica. O estudo objetivou identificar a compreens?o atribu?da ? inclus?o pela Rede Marista, bem como as orienta??es relacionadas aos processos inclusivos, conforme os documentos institucionais; descrever e analisar as a??es que caracterizam o trabalho dos profissionais do Col?gio Marista Ros?rio que atuam em processos inclusivos na escola, compreendendo como esses membros se articulam na condu??o do trabalho; e investigar como aspectos institucionais, t?cnicos, interpessoais e subjetivos influenciam na constitui??o de uma atua??o transdisciplinar na condu??o dos processos inclusivos, analisando, especificamente, o papel dos Orientadores Educacionais na articula??o do trabalho em equipe. Para tanto, optou-se por realizar um Estado do Conhecimento, visando buscar estudos acerca dos temas, contribuindo para a constru??o do referencial te?rico; evidenciando o ineditismo e a relev?ncia social da pesquisa. A presente disserta??o aborda referenciais te?ricos relacionados aos temas Inclus?o e Transdisciplinaridade, e detalha as etapas da pesquisa realizada. Os dados coletados por meio da an?lise de documentos institucionais e de um question?rio ? pesquisa explorat?ria ? foram analisados por meio dos pressupostos da An?lise de Conte?do de Lawrence Bardin (2011), que serviram de base para a constru??o de uma grade anal?tica, dando origem a um novo question?rio, contendo afirmativas que foram classificadas por grau de concord?ncia (Escala Lickert). A partir da an?lise dos resultados, percebeu-se que os elementos apontados pelos profissionais podem ser facilitadores ou limitadores para a atua??o transdisciplinar em equipe, estando diretamente relacionados aos posicionamentos pessoais e institucionais, no que se refere ? abertura pessoal, as rela??es interpessoais, a maturidade profissional e a hierarquia institucional.
