Resumo: The search for knowledge linked to our personal journey, seems to be a sine qua non for our particular building at all levels, both as, academics, professionals and even social. For this to understand the dialogue between the subjects and products that organizations offer us and at the same time, transform us, they seem to encourage us to make the knowledge of this and in this area, through the most varied knowledge. In this thesis, we will study the discourses of Family Organizations in the Post-Modernity in verbal and nonverbal levels, from the representations media proposed by the corpus. As well as we seek to understand and explain how the Family Organizations in the Information Society and Postmodern, are configured through their discourses and representations proposed by the analyzes of these media products. We will have the following a priori concepts that will guide our thesis: Family organizations, Bernhoef, Collinss & Porras and Foss?; Organizational communication, Kunsch, and Bueno; Organizational culture, Freitas, Enriquez and Marchiori, with the subcategories: Resilience, Lucena; Subject of Chanlat; Power, Weber, and Barthes; category brands, will be anchored in Semprini; we have the category of Post-Modernity Maffesoli; Public Opinion Maffesoli, track, Lippmann, with Stereotype subcategory also anchored by Lippmann. To make this study, we use the complexity as chosen under the assumptions of Edgar Morin method, and semiology as engineering, in a semiotics Research, founded by Barthes. Thus, we will cover the determining characteristics of the company as a family and that can be perceived as influencers of opinion and public legitimacy, as the Organization of the brand, and how the Family Organizations appropriate the Baroque in its Organizational Communication in Post -Modernity.

Para isso compreender os espa?os de di?logo entre os sujeitos e os produtos que as Organiza??es nos oferecem e, ao mesmo tempo, nos transformam, parecem nos estimular a compor o conhecimento desta e nesta ?rea, atrav?s dos mais variados saberes. Nesta tese, estudaremos as discursividades das Organiza??es Familiares na P?s-Modernidade em n?veis verbal e n?o verbal, a partir das representa??es midi?ticas propostas pelo corpus. Bem como, buscaremos compreender e explicar como as Organiza??es Familiares na Sociedade da Informa??o e P?s-Moderna, s?o configuradas atrav?s de suas discursividades e representa??es propostas pelas an?lises desses produtos midi?ticos. Teremos os seguintes conceitos a priori que guiar?o nossa tese: Organiza??es Familiares, de Bernhoef, Collinss & Porras e, Foss?; Comunica??o Organizacional, de Kunsch, e Bueno; Cultura Organizacional, de Freitas, Enriquez e Marchiori, tendo como subcategorias: Resili?ncia, de Lucena; Sujeito, de Chanlat; Poder, de Weber, e Barthes; a categoria Marcas, estar? ancorada em Semprini; teremos a categoria P?s-Modernidade de Maffesoli; Opini?o P?blica de Maffesoli, Da Vi?, Lippmann, com a subcategoria Estere?tipo, tamb?m ancorado por Lippmann. Para viabilizar este estudo, utilizaremos a Complexidade como M?todo escolhido sob os pressupostos de Edgar Morin, e, a Semiologia, enquanto T?cnica, em uma Pesquisa Semiol?gica, fundamentadas por Barthes.
