Context-dependent memory the dopaminergic, serotonergic, noradrenergic, beta endorphinic and endocrine neurohumor systems. Context-dependent memory is an adaptive characteristic, which enables us to respond appropriately to everyday situations in life. The present research sought to investigate the effect of the Sonata K-448 for two Pianos in D major by Mozart, in the acquisition and evocation of declarative memory. The study was carried out with 74 participants aged between 20 and 60 years, all employees of a private school. To carry out the research, the participants were divided into 4 groups, based on the treatment of the acquisition and evocation phase. They were submitted to reading a text, with factual information about the 1954 World Cup, and after 24 hours, they answered a questionnaire with ten questions related to the text. The first stage, called day (1), was aimed at memory acquisition (learning) and the second, day (2) at memory recall (recovery). The music variable, Sonata K448 for two pianos in D major by Mozart, was presented in both stages in all four groups, but in a different way. Participants in group 1 (Mozart / Mozart), listened to the music on day (1) and (2), group 2 (Mozart / nothing) only on day (1), group 3 (nothing / Mozart) only on day (2) and group 4 (nothing / nothing) on any of the days. With the aid of GraphPad Prisma the data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA followed by the Bonferroni test, the scores of group 1 (Mozart / Mozart), were higher than the results achieved by groups 2,3 and 4, which did not obtain significant differences between them. The participants' memory was measured by the number of correct answers obtained in the questionnaire, carried out on the second day of the experiment. The results suggest that the intervention of the music variable was able to generate context-dependent memory on neuro-humoral and hormonal status in the declarative memory of the participants in group 1 (Mozart / Mozart).
