• Resumo em Inglês: Reality has been lavish in affronts to human rights in labor area, with a degree of precariousness increasingly intense in labor relations, often with workers being subjected to absolutely degrading conditions, in clear and grave disregard for their dignity. Paradoxically, however, although the theme of human rights is present in the global agenda permanently and for some time now, there is not given due visibility to the issue from the perspective of everyday slights such rights in the context of job relations. This study therefore has the scope precisely address the issue of human rights of workers, is discoursing, in addition, about the exploitation of those who are in labor vulnerability, with all its consequences, taking even that this kind of exploitation increase exponentially the chances of impunity of those who make use of such practices. In this context, therefore, that is to emphasize the role of labor law and the legal system as a whole, for the defense and promotion of human rights in labour area, we can also optimize results and increase the effectiveness of measures to be adopted, as seek to demonstrate, through the strategic use of tools provided by other branches of law and also for other fields of knowledge such as economics and psychology. Also it will be treated in detail on the issue involving the supply chains. On this important issue, it is argued that we move towards an effective accountability of all links of these chains, particularly that ones which appear at its tip, as final beneficiaries of the use of an entire subcontracting network, and represent usually the link holder of greater economic and financial capacity. The desideratum that it??s pursued through the use of all these tools, in short words, is toldly linked to the conclusion that it is urgent that the we use strategic measures intended to optimize the results to be obtained in the operation which aims to guarantee labor dignity.
